Chapter 102: Journey
The next morning, Chen Yi was sitting in the carriage, driving through a long path going towards the South.
Inside the carriage, there was the little snake girl curled up in the corner. She was wearing a pink robe to cover up her upper body.
The carriage continued moving, and the scenery continued passing, replaced by something new and new.
Chen Yi’s heart was much calmer now, leaving the Jade Palace, far away from Qing Yue and his mother. Now, all that he needed to do was find the way to move forward in this journey.
After devouring the Tian Hai, he had been hit with some crucial information about himself, which had really terrified him, but also made him accept the truth.
Things had turned much simpler now, according to the information he got from the Tian Hai death. He only has to be wary of three people at this moment, amongst whom he had already met with two, the first was Qing Yue, the one who guided him through this lustful path, and the one he had been obsessed over for a while.
Of course, there was more to it, but he didn’t know that for now. And the second one was actually a little special; he was the one who got Tian Hai’s mother, or we say old man Tian sold his wife to him. Whatever... his name was Shu Yang, and he should be wary of him. As for the last one, it was quite obvious, he was that red-eyed god eater.
Thinking about them, there was nothing he could do; luckily, none of them posed any danger to him, as if now. But he has to prepare for the future and get a way to control this Heavenly Demon curse that has been turning people around him into perverts.
"Let’s see if the south really carries the answer I am looking for." Chen sighed, staring at the shadow of those mountains, which were moving away from him. As his carriage was moving forward, these mountains were becoming smaller and smaller.
The reason he chose to go south was also related to the information he got from Tian Hai, because the old man Tian was planning to meet someone really important in the southern seaport.
And he really believes that the old man Tian should also be in the list of people he should be wary of. So, if someone important was coming there, he had to be present there. Just like he began his journey with the Heavenly Demon by travelling with him.

While he was lost in thought, the carriage suddenly halted in its tracks. Alerting, Chen Yi was in an instant. The snake girl also perked up, taking a sneaky look outside.
There stood a lady wearing a tattered robe, blocking their path, her body filled with bruises and nail marks. There was a long cut on her right arm, from which the blood was flowing out like a waterfall.
As the carriage stopped, Chen Yi jumped out of the carriage to check on the woman. But before he could reach her, she had already collapsed on the ground from excessive blood loss.
Chen Yi quickly came up to her, picking her up in his arms, and he simply walked back to the carriage. The blood was still dripping from her body, so he used his qi to seal her wound, providing her body with extra life support. Just the spec of celestial QI was enough to revitalise an entire Realm, let alone a single woman.
Placing her in the carriage, Chen Yi asked the snake girl to take care of this woman. And he walked back towards the forest.
As he stepped into the bushes, there lay the tens of men’s corpses. When he had seen the woman in the middle of the road, he used his spiritual sense to scan the surroundings, and these mortals were nowhere close to his half-step saint realms’ spiritual sense. He didn’t even need to lift a finger to deal with these thugs.
He walked through the corpses of these thieves, going deep within the forest. He had already seen the place where these thieves hid in the forest, and he was really interested in paying them a visit.
Walking through the giant trees and plants, he finally came in front of a waterfall. The waterfall wasn’t that high, but it was big enough to hide the mountain behind it quite well. As soon as Chen Yi stepped in, the people how hand been guarding the waterfall instantly fell into the water, not even having time to scream under his extreme spiritual pressure.
He simply stepped on the water, walking above it casually. This wasn’t even the 1% of what he could do now; it’s just that he never really got any opportunity to use it, most of the time he had been killed the peoples far above his ranks.

As he passed through the waterfall and entered the cave, he saw a huge rock blocking the entrance to their den.
Of course, this rock couldn’t possibly stop him, as he broke through the walls, stepping into their hideout.
Inside, these thieves had made their small home, here, with multiple women imprisoned there to satisfy their need, the place had everything that was needed for survival, with a lot of gold, gems and jewellery that they had got from their hard work.
