[VRMMO] Dead One

"Okay. Sorry for calling a sudden meeting like this, but this is quiet urgent." – said ClownFrog as he held once again meeting between top executives of the empire and army.

"I will get straight down to the business."

"With the defeat of the dwarves, there are only 2 more enemies remaining."

"The beastmen and the holy kingdom."

"Now we need to decide which one of them we should deal with first."

"Honestly…. Both are problematic."

"The holy kingdom and their holy army…. BUT!"

"The beastmen are working with the "benefactor"."

"There is no mistaking it."

"Yes, this is correct." – said the lizardwoman witch.

"There is no denying that the monsters under the beastmen kingdom banner are the very same monsters you had encounter once before, if all the data you provide allenes."

"The Sabath is fully supporting the war efforts."

"Then what would happened if the beastmen would be destroyed? Or if we wanted to deal with the holy kingdom first?" – asked GreyHunt.

"Would the Sabath still support us? Or would they only support us against the holy kingdom?"

"We would support you to the end." – said Elizabeth.

"As we promised."

"We have already became entangled in this war the moment we decide to help you."

"Besides…. The holy kingdom doesn't care about neutrality and they have already declared us as "evil brainwashing witches" since we were able to heal people and stuff….. So, yea."

"But our main goal is the "benefactor" and the beastmen."

"We will provide more support when dealing with beastmen, but less when dealing with holy kingdom."

"We will also help out a bit with the plague."

"This was our agreement."

"And it will not change." – said ClownFrog.

"We are already more than enough grateful for you even providing the aid, and so we will keep our end of the bargain without demanding anything more."

(We have already asked the witches for the help regarding the plague and the poison attacks caused by the elves, so we really don't have any rights to demand more.)

(And right now? I want to be on very friendly terms with the Sabath, the same way they want with us.)

"Then…. Maybe we should deal first with the beastmen?" – suggested the antman general.

"I vote on this as well." – said O'a as joined conversation while using ClownFrog communication mirror.

"During the last war, we all saw how savage and unstable the "benefactor" and his monsters are…. We also saw how much destruction and chaos they brough once they deployed."

"And the bastard that deployed them was an incompetent faction of greedy fools that does not know shit about war or anything."

"And yet! They were deadly, even when led by idiots."

"But now?"

"They are being led by people that "KNOW" what war means as well as how to wield a weapon."

"Yes….. Yes, they do." – said duchess Amelia.

"Beastmen nation isn't like the dwarven nation that is all about a war, but they had their fair share of battles and their land had often dealt with monsters….. So, there will be no doubt that we maybe be having a hard time dealing with them….. But still…."

"It doesn't make sense." – said the vampire Bell Von Arad as she appeared on the Amelia mirror.

"We looked into the beastmen and we still couldn't find out the reason for the beastmen betrayal."

"He made a speech about us being the "Danger to their survival" ….. But it still doesn't make sense."

"Everybody knows what kind of piece of shit "benefactor" and his monsters are…. And yet he openly chosen to side with him? Even when some of his own people were also victims of the "benefactor"?"

"Yes…. This doesn't make sense." – said Amelia.

"I've met with him few times before, but the king of beastmen did not appeared to be a person that would even consider allying himself with the "benefactor"."

"Honestly, at this point I'm considering a option of him being either forced to work with the "benefact", like he is blackmailing him or using some sort of brainwashing…. Or maybe that the king himself was replaced by an imposter."

"And there is also the "benefactor" goal." – said Blueberry.

"We still don't know what their aim goal is."

"We do suspected that before they are aiming to gather the "Forgotten" items by any means necessary, even if means slaughtering the entire continent."

"There is also the agent that's working for the "benefactor", the witch."

"There is a chance that she is on the move as well."

"Ah, fuck it." – said Rampage.

"I'm on it as well."

"Even I can tell that having these things wandering around is bad news."

"Same here." – said Shri.

"There is also chance that the beastmen would use either demons or undeads." – said Blueberry.

"Those demonic liches we fought would suggest that they do have some means of using the power of the demons and stuff."

"I'm also on the beastmen extermination side."

After each side stated their arguments, a voting was held….. And in the end, most of the votes were casted on dealing with the beastmen first.

(Well…. It was quiet obvious if we think about it…. We all know what kind of mess the "benefactor" did last time.) – thought ClownFrog.

"Very well, then it is decided."

"We will march towards beastmen kingdom and put the end to this madness."

[2 Week later: Beastmen kingdom – Royal castle – Throne room.]

"Your majesty! Please reconsider it before it is too late!" – asked the tiger beastmen.

"I know and I've had seen these creatures power, but do you know what they are made out of?! What sort of being is the one ordering them around?!"

"It is just too risky."

"He isn't wrong." – said the lion beastmen.

"Not only that, but our own troops are even doubting if we are even safe… There are even rumors going around of that we are going around, kidnapping people or using captured soldiers to create these monstrosities."

"…."

"If that was the truth, then wouldn't we have already people doing riots? This rumors is spread around by the holy kingdom to make us stop trusting each other." – said the beastmen king.

"Yes, we know it is fake." – said the female dog beastmen.

"BUT! We also know that we are using some of the wild monsters to make these creatures."

"And what about these foot soldiers, hm?"

"They are not our people."

"But they must had been made using somebody as "materials"."

"Your majesty…. Please tell us."

"What are you hiding from us?"

"NOW." – said the king as he glared at his generals.

The generals left the throne room, leaving the king side.

"The hell is going on with him?" – asked the lion beastmen.

"Yea…. You are right…. He is acting…. Nothing like his usually self." – said the tiger beastmen.

"Fear?" – said the female dog beastmen.

"Is he scared of something?"

"Well, the only thing he said that we should be scared off would be the empire, that is even the whole reason why we betrayed them." – said the lion beastmen as the generals stared walking away.

"But it was not worth it."

"Yea… I agree…. Honestly, I think being allies with empire may had been better choice then deciding to use "THOSE" things." – said the tiger beastmen.

"I on another hand would not dare to be beneath those bastards and be their pets!" – said the lion beastmen.

"…But I also despise those creatures and the holy kingdom."

"And as much as it annoys me to admit it, those creatures were useful…. But what was the price? THAT is the question?"

"Nobody knows." – said the dog beast.

"Only the king knows."

"He may had signed to contract as well, considering the way he acted."

"Probably to silence any "details" and such."

"This is stupid." – said the tiger beastmen.

"I've known the guy for years and stuff! We practically grown together!"

"And now he is acting way different than his usually self!"

"Truth to be told…. I've even consider a possibility of that guy being imposter…. But no. This is a real guy."

"It is for the best if we maybe start investigating our king and "ally" …. Since I want to make sure, we won't end up as "materials"." – said the lion beastmen.

"At this point, I can't argue." – said the tiger beastmen, before then noticing somebody running towards the generals.

"GENERAL AXE! GENERAL KRIAW! GENERAL OKTAN!" – shouted the soldier.

"This is emergency!"

"The holy kingdom is on the move! They are launching massive invasion force on us!"

"!"

"Huh. So, they are finally deciding to act up? I've waited enough." – said the tiger beastmen.

"NO! THIS ISN'T ALL!" – said the messenger.

"Our agents just send warning!"

"The empire forces are mobilizing!"

"They are sending a massive army in our direction!"

"Both nations are sending large amount of troops! Too many for us to handle!"

(Both of them!?) – thought the tiger beastmen.

(I know dealing with one was problematic, but both of them are attacking us at the same time?!)

"SHIT! WE ARE GOING BACK!"

"WE NEED TO INFORM THE KING OF THIS IMMEDIATELY!"
