[VRMMO] Dead One

After recusing the citizens of the Oin empire, our group of six continue our run towards the enemy main base of operations.

"About the whole assassination done by the Garog kingdom? Or the whole empire killing their own people thing?" – asked Shri.

"This wasn't out doing. Did some kingdoms assassinated the emperor and then left some fake evidence that would point at us or something?"

"This maybe an inside job." – said GreyHunt.

"Inside job?" – asked ClownFrog.

"Yea." – said GreyHunt.

"The main evidence is out there, the fact that the empire soldiers started attacking the citizens."

"Not only that, but that soldiers we had captured was affected by something demonic."

"I don't know what had happened…. We were just called and told that the emperor had died…. And the next thing we knew we were in the middle of the giant magic circle before then some sort of black mist entered our bodies…. That is the last thing I remember." – said the empire knight that was captured and purified out of negative effects status.

"An mind control attack." – said ClownFrog.

"Yea, if we consider the circumstances and what kind of guy Erun was, then we can definitely say that somebody within the empire may had killed him."

"However, that guy had not killed an single "INNOCENT" person or used their lifes to summon demons."

"Considering what is happening right now we can say one thing, these knights are forced to kill citizens in order to summon demons."

We continue our travel towards the enemy base, encountering fleeing citizens and corrupted soldiers of the Oin empire.

This was an pathetic sight.

The mind control was so weak in the first place to the point we didn't need professional healer to get rid of it. It was an sloppy and messed job that we were able to rid of the mind controlled status.

All the soldiers we had brainwashing from said the same stuff.

Black mist entering their bodies.

And then black out.

That black mist can control the targets, but by the look of things the control quality is low and very fragile, hell you can probably even use potions to get rid of this status.

However, one thing we did found out was the person who was now in command.

Kamil Korok.

The right hand man of the emperor Erun and his most trusted servant…. Is he the one that killed the emperor?

He instantly issued the orders and did everything…. It would point out that he is the real murderer of the Erun Oin, but would his right hand man really just kill him like that?

But then again, he is the primly suspect behind the brainwashing and the slaughter of the Oin empire citizens in order get fuel for the demonic summoning.

Still, the method is sloppy beyond believe. Honestly speaking…. No, he may had already done that. Sacrificed all the people of the city.

After sometime had passed we had finally arrived at main base of operation of the Oin empire, the city of Akramo city.

And things did not looked good from get go.

"…. Welp, that at least confirms it." – said Blueberry while flying in the sky and using special googles.

Blueberry flew down and landed right next to the group.

"The entire city is overrun with the demons. I don't know if there are even any humans left." – said Blueberry as she took off the googles.

"Like the entire thing?" – asked Rampage.

"Yep. There is no kidding. Honestly, the demons are even ravaging city as we speak, I think they are looking for any survivals in order to sacrifice them." – said Blueberry.

"Jezus. This is just stupid, plain stupid. Like I mean it." – said GreyHunt.

"Yea, lets fuck them up." – said ClownFrog as he began summoning undeads and opening demonic gates, allowing the demons to be summoned, while also manifesting elementals to his side.

An army was slowly growing right outside the city and that was obviously not gone unnoticed by the demons that quickly flew towards the castle in order to report the situation.

"So, ThEy ArE HeRe?!" – said voice of the Kamil that sounded…. Unstable.

The gates of the city opened up and the demonic beast began running towards the group of the six while ClownFrog was focused on summoning an army.

"Hostiles incoming! Get ready!" – shouted Oron.

"You don't need to…. Wait. Isn't this a lot?" – said Rampage as she saw the massive army of the demons coming their way.

"…Huh…. I think they are throwing every single demons they have at us from the get go." – said Shri.

"Just hold them off and I will bring out numbers!" – shouted ClownFrog.

"Yea, yea. I got it." – said Shri as she began calling to her side her beast and not only that, but an giant demonic centipedes with several blade like limbs.

"This is also good time to test out this new class and my new pets from hell!"

The demons rushed at the group and before long an clash occurred where the two groups began clashing.

The horde of the demons easily outnumbered the Purple Hyena guild members and their monsters, but even so they were able to stand their ground and…..Kill a lot of the demons with way more ease than they had though?

(Okay…. I only shot once and I killed several demons with one shot?) – though confused GreyHunt before then dodging the attack and killing an demonic hound with just an kick.

"…Wait a moment. WAIT AN FUKING MOMENT!" – shouted GreyHunt.

"Hey! The fuck is going on here?!"

"All of these demons are low rank demons! They are just small flies!"

"Wait, you are right?! What the fuck?!" – said Rampage as she rushed through the demons and instantly killed all of them, even though she didn't even used any skills.

(What the hell is this?) – though confused GreyHunt as let some demons bit him from all directions, only for him to swing around his swords and cut all of the demons down instantly while he himself did not suffered any damage even after getting bitten.

(All of these demons are low rank and low level demons?!)

(Why are they sending something that cannot even stop us for 0.1 second?!)
