[VRMMO] Dead One

"We all known that the plan was to wait and recover enough forces to launch an attack on the empire, but with the current situation things had changed."

"The empire does not have any army to defend themselves with from anything out there and if we attack right now, any form of recovery will be halted, meaning that they will have only some small flies left fight in their steed."

"In order words, we can easily crush them without any army." – said Rampage.

"Exactly." – replied ClownFrog.

"So, here is the plan."

"We won't be brining any troops with us, only us 6."

"With this small group we will be able to go at the full speed."

"We will break through any lines of the defense and head to the enemy main base of operation, Akramo city."

"This city is the current main base and the heart of the empire. If we conquer it and deal with the emperor, the war is good as over."

"Get there fast. Fuck shit up. Kill or capture the emperor and deal with the city." – said Shir.

"We can finally end that fuking war….."

'Still, I can't say that I'm not conflicted."

"Is the informations even real in the first place?"

"Forget us 5. ClownFrog is an bastard that has the most presence. With him gone, these guys may end up gaining confidence and he can also make undeads nonstop."

"Don't worry. I have something just in case I would end up killed." – said ClownFrog.

"There is also the fact that there are many things confirming that noble guy informations." – said GreyHunt.

"Nope. We checked." – said Shri.

"None of the neighboring actions had taken any actions that needs special observation."

"And even if they were to take actions now, it will be too late."

"I say we stop arguing and lets go already before we really end up giving him necessary time to pull out something out of his ass in the last second."

"Agree. Let's go already." – said Rampage.

"Well, if everybody is so impatient then let's go. It's time to finish this war once and for all." – said ClownFrog.

Without wasting any more time or stopping to talk tactics, 6 core members of the Purple Hyena guild had headed off towards main base of the enemy, Akramo city.

We didn't bringed anything like elites or army with ourselves, just us six in order to focus on the speed above everything else.

The target and goal: Conquer the main base city of the empire and deal with the emperor with would result in the Garog kingdom victory.

The enemies:

-Golems.

-Demons.

-Empire soldiers.

-Players.

Ourt of all these things, the players are the only real threat.

Golems are probably still not produced while the demons had yet to be summoned in great numbers.

The soldiers must also be inflicted with despair and maybe be running away since the current situation is dire, with would result in them not being able to recruit soldiers or gather the remains of the other factions.

So, the players are the only real threat here. They are great in numbers, but we will destroy them.

Still, we are dealing with the emperor Erun and that bastard earned more than enough to be respected and feared by everybody, even me. I'm scared of that guy; he is just that much dangerous.

I wouldn't be surprised if he pulled out something out of a blue and without warning, just how he did with the Hell Lord.

Still, when it comes to the army, he is out of it and I can also freely create my own giant army.

However, while on our way, we ended up running into situation.

There was no soldiers anywhere.

I know that these soldiers were just shows offs, but there was really just nothing.

Did they abandoned their post? Or maybe the empire realize that we know and that we would start moving, forcing them to retreat all the soldiers. This would be the realistic approach.

We continue making our way without having to do any battles…. However, we ran into "situation".

"Stop." – said Oron while riding his demonic beast.

"?"

"What is it?" – asked Rampage as the she alongside others stopped.

"Look. There." – said Oron while pointing with his finger.

"Its…. Empire citizens…. And they are running away in fear?" – said Oron while using his demonic eye.

"And…. Wait…."

"Empire soldiers are murdering citizens?!"

"?!"

"Is it true?" – asked Blueberry.

"Yes. They are just killing anybody they get their hands on." – said Oron.

"…. Blueberry, lets go on ahead. I don't like this situation." – said ClownFrog before then flying into the air alongside Blueberry.

"S-shit! What the fuck is your deal?!" – said panicking farmer.

"W-we never betrayed the Oin empire! So why- "– before the farmer could finish speaking, his head was cut off by the knight.

The knights of the empire chased around the citizens, ranging from the nobles, commoners to an merchants.

Some people tried to fight back, but they were easily cut down by the empire knights.

"No! Get away! Let at least my children!" – said father protecting her daughter before moments the knight swinged its sword at the two.

"?"

The father looked towards the knight and saw an skeleton knight right in front of him, holding back the knight blade.

Moments later several more undeads began being summoned onto the field, blocking and attacking the soldiers of the empire.

"You better explain yourself you fuckers." – said ClownFrog as he flew right above the crowd of people.

"Why are you attacking your own citizens? Oin empire?"

"…" – the empire soldiers did not reacted one bit and instead only continue fighting the undeads.

"…. Hey. Don't ignore me." – said ClownFrog before summoning more undeads, slowly outnumbering the empire soldiers to the point of overpowering.

"?" – ClownFrog stared confused.

(What the? Are they having death wish?) – though ClownFrog as he saw the empire soldiers keep fighting without even getting scared or falling back.

The soldiers of the empire were getting taken down one by one, but even so they did not stopped fighting while also showing no reactions what so ever. They just fought and fought…. Until the last one of the soldiers was captured by the undeads with the most of the Oin empire soldiers being killed.

"…."

The civilians stared scared and confused with some of them trying to secretly to run away, but before they could, Blueberry landed down, blocking their escape path.

"Hey. You. You are the citizens of the Oin empire?" – asked ClownFrog.

"Y-yes?" – said scared farmer.

"W-who are you?!"

"ClownFrog. King of the Garog kingdom."

"?!"

"D-demon lord?!" – said panicking citizens.

"Yea. And?" – replied ClownFrog.

"I saved your lives so I want some fuking questions and I won't be taking an silence as an answer."

"You. The farmer. Why did soldiers of the Oin empire started attacking you and chasing you around?"

"…. We…..W-we don't know!" – replied scared farmer.

"They just showed up one day in our town and started attacking everybody discriminate!"

"…."

"Apparently the emperor had died." – said the town guard that stepped up.

"?!"

"Wait, you mean Erun Oin?!" – asked shocked ClownFrog.

"Yea…. Apparently he was assassinated by you. Garog kingdom." – said nervous guard.

ClownFrog transformed, taking on his humanoid form before then approaching the alarmed guard who tried to back away, only to have ClownFrog scythe staff right next to his neck.

"I'm going to say it once." – said ClownFrog.

"I want the full story." – said ClownFrog as the other members the group catched up.

"…"

"I…I don't know much…. But from what I had heard the news spread around that the emperor was assassinated by the Garog kingdom…. The next thing that came was an order for all the soldiers and combatants, even the city, town and village guards to gather up and mobilize."

"I…. I ignored this order since I didn't wanted to abandon my family, but then the Oin empire soldiers came…. But they were…. Different."

"They came alongside the demons and started attacking and slaughtering the citizens without even saying anything, they just went around murdering everybody. Hell! I even saw one of the guards our town that took part in the mobilization. He just… He killed us! Hell! I screamed at him and begged him to stop, but he didn't even said an word!"

"…"

"Is what he is saying an truth?" – asked ClownFrog while looking at the farmer.

"Y-yes." – replied farmer.

"…"

"Hm…" – ClownFrog removed his scythe.

"First thing first. We didn't killed or assassinated the Oin empire emperor." – said ClownFrog.

"We are currently on our way to kill that guy, but we had yet to kill him."

"…Eh?"

"W-wait! You are saying you didn't killed him?!" – asked confused town guard.

"No. We were on our way to kill him personally. We didn't send any assassins and even if we did, that bastard Erun would dealt with them." – replied ClownFrog.

"For fuck sake. If he could had been assassinated, wouldn't we had done that long time ago?"

"Do you think this whole thing makes sense?"

"…. Y-…Y-You are not kidding?!" – said confused and scared guard.

"No." – replied ClownFrog.

(What is going on?)

(Emperor is dead?)

(But it wasn't our doing?)

(…. Would he…. No. That bastard would never die from something like assassination. He would had some traps laid down in case his defense fails.)

(And there is also the fact that the "Garog kingdom killed the emperor Erun". Why are they saying stuff like this?)

(And what is the deal with the soldiers just going around, slaughtering their own people?)
