[VRMMO] Dead One

The forces of the Garog kingdom rushed towards the fortress walls while the siege weapons continues and the war spells continues their bombardment against the fortress.

The mages deployed the barrier, blocking most of the projectiles, but not all of them as some of them managed to break through the barrier and damage the fortress walls.

"…."

"Hm…. At this rate the enemy will break through." – said the Hell Lord as his face completely regenerated.

"Hey! Mages! How long you can keep up this barrier?!"

"W-we don't know! Their using an heavy artillery! We are blocking most of the shots, but the ones that gets through do a lot of damage!" – replied the mage that was in charge of operating the barrier sphere device.

"Hm…."

(They are slowly moving towards us…. They want to use the war machines and the war spells to wear us down.) – though the Hell Lord.

(We can probably defend ourselves for the long time…. The mage was panicking, however the damage isn't something extremely scary, even though they got past the barrier, they attacks were still weekend by them.)

(I though they would just use their undeads as meat shields as they advanced, but instead they are playing it safe while harassing us, eh?)

"Considering the enemy movement, I think they have enough ammunition to destroy our barrier…. They want us to force us out of the fortress, eh?" – said Hell Lord while observing the army slowly approaching.

"Hm…. This is annoying. They are straight up saying to us "COME OUT PUSSIES" …. Bold fuckers."

(Still, what do we do? Should I send out my beast after them?)

(Nah. They are prepared for it, it's probably the reason why their army is moving so slowly.)

(There is also that giant fucker… He is just waiting for us to leave that place.) – though the Hell Lord as he saw ClownFrog in the distance.

"Hm… Bastards."

(They want to forces us to make an choice.)

(…. Still, do they really think that I would fall for this?)

(If we go out there, they will use those war weapons against our soldiers, but if we give them the walls, they will exhaust their ammunition. Simple option.)

"Continue the defense. The enemy will focus on bombarding us, even after the barrier had fallen. Focus on survivability and stuff."

"Once the walls fall apart, they will probably rush in. They are playing it safe."

"You got it? The enemy goal is to wear us down. Focus on survivability above everything and don't exhaust our troops like idiots!"

"Y-yes sir!" – said the knight capitan before running off.

"They are not moving." – said Wretch while using an telescope.

"Huh. So that idiot completely hot headed muscle idiot like the information suggested. He can somewhat think…..Welp, that makes things annoying." – said ClownFrog while in his true form.

(Did he figured out our plan of wearing him down with siege weapons?) – though ClownFrog.

(Oh well, even if he had figured it out, he probably didn't realized the rest of our plan.)

(Still…. That Hell Lord probably has his own plans alongside the emperor, so rushing in like idiots could be an death sentence. Its better if we get rid of those walls from the safe distance.)

The Garog kingdom stopped marching near the fortress, stopping far enough to be outside enemy attack range, while still being within the war machines range, allowing the Garog kingdom to continue their siege from afar.

So far, the empire forces did not tried making any big movements, expect of using cannon, ballistas and long range spells to try and harass the Garog kingdom, but unfortunately the Garog kingdom forces were prepared for these attacks and were able to block both physical and magic based attacks with ease.

And while all of that was happening, both of the highest ranking figures in both armies, ClownFrog and Ka'guran did not took any action, as if they were waiting for their opponent to make the first move.

The battle continued…. Well, it couldn't really called "war" yet, since both sides only focused on the long range attacks with the empire fortress being the only one suffering the damage.

However, even though the walls of the fortress had started slowly crumbling apart, the empire had still not made an move.

And before long, the walls had finally crumbled upon the nonstop siege assault.

"Not yet." – said GreyHunt.

"Change the ammunition!"

"Yeb. They are not moving yet." – said the Hell Lord while having his demonic bird share his vision with him.

"You heard me general? The enemy isn't moving as I told you."

"Yes. I heard…. So, they are really planning on just bombarding us like that?" – asked the general Karol.

"Yeb. But still, they are wasting their ammo. We already moved our forces away." – said Hell Lord.

"Its is better to lose our walls instead of losing soldiers like an idiots."

"Yeb. They fired another barrage of bou- "

"?"

(Wait… Those are not boulders?) – though the Hell Lord as he saw though his demonic bird an weird barrels flying towards the fortress.

Moments later, the barrels that were shot out hit the surface had caused an giant greenish yellow explosion that blew up everything around it.

"?!"

(Explosives?!)

(…. Wait… Why are they…. Why are they using them now?!)

"Something is off! The enemy are using….. Wait... Shit….. SHIT!"

"W-what is it?!" – asked the general.

"…Those motherfuckers…. They really want us to get out of the fortress." – said annoyed Hell Lord while smiling.

(Poison! Those are fuking poison barrels! Those explosion are spreading poison mist around…. At this rate the entire fortress will be filled with it.)

(I can use some of my demonic beast to deal with it…. But if they continue with this bombardment, it will be just matter of time before fortress will be covered in poison.)

(Wait! We can just use priest and healers to...Ah…..Right. I killed them all, since they belonged to the angel dragon church.)

"This doesn't look good. The enemy is bombarding us while spreading poisons mist around the fortress. They are trying to force us to leave the fortress." – said Hell Lord.

"?!"

"Can't you do something?!" – asked human general.

"I can, but it would only work a bit…. Fuckers. They though this through." – said Hell Lord.

"Prepare our forces to move out. We are abandoning the fortress."

"Lets give those fuckers what they want."

"You sure this will be enough?" – asked Rampage while using video chat.

["Definitely. The enemy killed all of their priest, since they belonged to the angel dragon church."] – Blueberry.

["Heads up. They are coming."]

"Speak of a devil!" – said excited Rampage as she lifted up her weapons.

The forces of the Oin empire had finally emerged from hiding and gathered outside the fortress.

Oin empire soldiers alongside the horde of the demonic beast had made an appearance alongside the Hell Lord himself who led the army.

"Heh. They showed themselves." – said Rampage.

"ALL TROOPS! PREPARE FOR THE COMBAT! ITS TIME TO FACE THESE RATS HEAD ON!"

"…."

(They are no longer firing?) – though Hell Lord while looking around with his demonic bird.

(…. I guess they don't wish to poison their own…. Still, they probably still have other war machines in reserve.)

The Hell Lord while using his demonic bird would suddenly lose vision, before then losing another connection as soon as he changed targets.

"Tch. They figured out, eh?" – said Hell Lord.

(Its annoying losing vision, but I guess it can't be helped.)

"SOLDIERS AND BEASTS! SHOW THEM YOUR BLADES AND FANGS!"

"RIP THEM ALL APART AND SHOW THEM WHO THE TRUE WINNERS ARE!"

"CHARGE!"

The army of the Oin empire began charging towards the Garog kingdom army.

"SLAUGHTER THEM! SHOW THAT THE GAROG KINGDOM WILL BE NEVER LOOKED DOWN ON!" – shouted Rampage as she led the charge.

The two armies run towards each other and before long, the two armies had finally engaged in the head on confrontation.

And like that, an all-out battle emerged.

The forces of the Oin empire fought alongside the army of the ravenous demonic beast, but even so the Garog kingdom were able to hold their ground.

However, the situation changed instantly once the Hell Lord leaped among the Garog kingdom troops and began using his long four arms to slash the soldiers around him, while using his muscular arms to crush the undeads near him to smithereens.

"!"

However, obviously there was Rampage that leaped in and struck the Hell Lord, forcing him to raise his defense and block the attack.

"Oh? You are interesting for the mosquito!" – said Hell Lord before pushing back Rampage with the swing of his arm, before then rushing and swinging his fist, but only to get it blocked by the Rampage shield, surprising the Hell Lord.

Rampage then thrusted her lance forward, stabbing the Hell Lord in the stomach and pushing him back.

"…."

"Heh…. Hehehehehehhehe!"

"HAHAHAHAHAHA!"

"Oh my lord! This will be REALLY INTERESTING HUNT!"
