"…. Are we really going there?" – asked the hooded figure A as he and other men in the caravan were traveling.

"Well, we don't have any options, right? We were assigned to check this place." – said hooded figure B.

"Still, its an middle of an god dammit war! Hell! We are in the first prince territory right now and I don't want to be anywhere near that warmonger bastard." – said the hooded figure A.

"Hey. You know what you singed in for the moment you decided to fallow me." – said the hooded figure that was driving the carriage.

"…. We know." – said the hooded figure C who seemed tired.

"However, is this really the right approach?"

"I mean, we haven't seen the Purple Hyena for many months now, so wouldn't it be safe to assume that they ran away?"

"No." – said the hooded figure that took off his hood, revealing himself to be the butler of the late emperor Alexander Oin, Ocelot.

"I used the adventures and they had also had no news regarding the Purple Hyena or their leader the ClownFrog and that is worrying."

"For somebody like them to disappear like this? Sorry, but I'm not buying it."

"But we have been looking for them everywhere. We even investigated the factions in case of them working with those terrorist." – said the hooded figure C.

"Well, obviously we didn't everywhere." – said Ocelot.

"There are some places that are way too dangerous for the people to just wander in and out of."

"And I'm talking about the great danger zones."

"But…. Are we sure about this?" – asked the hooded figure D.

"I mean, no offense, but how can be sure that they would be hiding there and for what?"

"Why would they be hiding there, in that extremely dangerous place and for so long? It just doesn't make any sense to me."

"Same here." – said hooded figure B.

"If I were those guys, then wouldn't be better option to offer their 'ASSISTANCE' to an kingdom that could be hostile to the empire? That necromancer can make an army of the monsters."

"Well, would any kingdom be willing get manipulated by him in the first place?" – asked hooded figure A.

"True…. But then again, what these guys plan could be?" – asked hooded figure B.

"The better question should be: What are they planning?" – said Ocelot as he putted his hood back on.

"I investigated those bastards and I can tell you this, they wouldn't disappear like this unless they have an plan."

"And considering how strong of a group of the people we are dealing with, it doesn't make sense for them to disappear without the trace. They are 100% making an plan."

"And considering all of their attacks so far would suggest that their base is located in the empire and not in the neighboring kingdoms."

"But we searched everywhere." – said hooded figure D.

"We had already searches that underground great danger zone and we had lost some of our men while exploring it."

"Hell…. That thing…. It killed more than half us. Only us the elites are remaining."

"Yea…. That thing…. That monster is something not to be messed with." – said hooded figure A as he visible trembles from the fear upon remembering the monstrosity.

"Hell, what if we find another monster like this in the Bloody Mountains?! What if we don't get lucky this time and we will end up getting slaughtered?!"

"…"

"Sorry, but if we back down now, even more lifes could be lost." – said Ocelot.

"Hell. I'm even prepared to die for the cause."

"…. But would they listen?" – asked the hooded figure C.

"What if we do discover them and maybe all of us die expect for the one and that lucky one will be able to give the message?"

"Would these four greedy children's be even willing to stop their fight to deal with those terrorist?"

"They would be forced to." – said Ocelot.

"Hell, you know what kind of damage they did to the empire and people are scared of those terrorist."

"And let's say the war between those four ends but there are still terrorist left that can cause a lot of casualties and damage through the whole empire? They would have no choice but to deal with them."

"Honestly, we cannot stop the war between the four children's of the emperor, no matter what we tried to do. We are straight up powerless."

"However, we can do something regarding the security of the people of the empire."

"So, we are doing what we can to deal with those terrorist before they strike again."

"However, this isn't all…. I think the third prince have betrayed the empire."

"?!"

"What?!" – said the hooded figure B.

"There are rumors going through the empire that the third prince faction have been the one behind the kidnappings we had been investigating…. Hell, we even found some of the traitors in our ranks that have been falsifying the reports to cover him up." – said Ocelot.

"Those rumors started out of the blue, but each one seems to be correct, but I don't know the origin of those rumors."

"It could be that the first princess faction spread around this informations in order to expose the third prince…. But an human experiments?"

"Is this really the first princess doing? And if so, why is she spreading her informations like this?"

"Still, there seems to be some possible truth in that and that is something we cannot ignore."

"I ordered my right hand man and others to focus on investigating the third prince…. But I don't know what they would find."

"Still, there was that huge army that appeared out of the blue, right?" – asked hooded figure C.

"Even if we had the traitors, hiding that kind of army would be impossible from us."

"Unless they were 'MADE'. One of the rumors are human experimentations, so what if those soldiers were once humans?" – said hooded figure A.

"…Shit. It does make sense." – said hooded figure C.

"Hiding an army of the people is one thing, but hiding an army of the obedient doll like monsters? There are also the horde of the tamed monsters that they had pulled out from who knows where…. Shit. This is way more serios that I had though."

"But the problem is that we still lack any evidence." – said Ocelot.

"And if the story is true, then the third prince will become an enemy of the empire, no matter if he would be only successor left, nobody would accept him for taking over empire using THAT method."

"In order words, we have: A – An unknown terrorist that have spread terror and went complete missing for months and B – the possible terrorist of the empire led by the third prince that had committed many unforgivable acts such as human experiments."

"And annoying part is, both A and B are completely unknown and we don't know what kind of danger we would be faceting or anything like that."

"What if the Purple Hyena are really just some lackeys and they are part of something much bigger and more dangerous?"

"Or what if the third prince straight up plans to become the tyrant that would murder anybody that would just speak up to him and does not care about the human lives he had destroyed or turned into monsters?"

"We need to investigate ALL OF IT! Even if it means all of us would end up dead and forgotten."

"If we don't…. Then what if one of those A or B turned out to be really bombs that could destroy the whole empire and kill all people living in it?"

"So, even if you say "No", "This is stupid", "Doesn't make any sense", "We should forget it", "We should run" or other bullshit, then give up."

"We are going to do it."

"And get ready everybody, we are getting close to our target."

The caravan began slowly approaching the territory around one of the three great danger zones of the empire – Bloody Mountains.

The caravan traveled through the destroyed remains of the village that was constructed by the first prince. The village itself was completely gone and only rubles and signs of battle were left behind, with obviously told the story of the grim event that had happened here before.

"…."

"If you are nervous already from this, then get the fuck out." – said Ocelot who noticed some of his men's getting anxious from the sight of the ruins.

"If not, then shut up and focus at the task at hand."

The caravan before long had approached the very entrance the outering of the Bloody Mountains.

"Get out." – said Ocelot as he stopped the caravan and gotten off the caravan.

"From now we are going on foot."

"And be careful."

"There is no way they are hiding somewhere in the outer ring…. We will need dive deep into this place in order to find anything."

"…."

*Sigh*

(The first danger zone we had inspected… Dead Hive…. It killed too many of my men.) – though nervous Ocelot.

(We didn't find anything related to the Purple Hyena, even smallest clue and instead found an monster that hunted down my men with ease…. Only me and my four elite men managed to escape.)

(I still have some other men in reserve, but they are busy with the third prince…. Shit.)

(Hell, I can't say I'm not scared upon meeting that creature from the Dead Hive…. If there is monster like here in here… We may not leave this place alive.)

(But we need to do it.)

(My life doesn't matter anymore since I'm just old men and I could meet the same fate as my friend…. So, I don't mind throwing my life away.)

(And I don't mind throwing the life of other people if that means many more would get to live.)

(I don't care how many people I sacrifice or even use my own life, I will make sure that this empire and its people will survive.)
