[VRMMO] Dead One

In the different area, around the time when the players got teleported onto the areas, a different battle was about to take place beside GreyHunt and Conquest fight.

"So… You are Runa?" – asked Shri.

"And you must be Shri from the Purple Hyena guild." – said Runa.

"Yeb."

"I heard that my boss roughen you up and then let you go in order to see if you would get to finals."

"And look at you, you made it!"

"But by the look of things, here is where the thing ends."

"You got unlucky and now have to face me."

"Yea, yea. Keep talking and I will rip your head off." – said Runa.

"Oh? Will you?" – asked Shri.

"You have not managed to make our boss go all out."

"And just so you know, I'm quiet monster myself."

"Just don't make things way too early mate."

[Player Shri is READY.]

"Hmhp."

[Player Runa is READY.]

[The battle will soon start.]

Shri did not planned to hold back one bit and instantly summoned her bite ants, cobra, scorpions, blade tail lizards, beetle owl and the purple serpent hound.

Runa in response began activating each and every enchantment skills she had, including a yeti type enchantment that made her eyes glow with white light and had her axe covered in layer of ice.

[FIGHT!]

The barrier between the two disappeared, signaling the start of the battle.

And as soon as the wall disappeared, Runa quickly swinged her axe, sending a giant ice made slash towards Shri, while the demon tamer herself send her whip enchanted with the skill towards Runa.

The two attacks collided with each other and instantly the ice slash shattered, alarming Runa and making her quickly use her axe to block the whip.

"?!"

"What's wrong?" – asked Shri.

"I did warned you that I'm bit of a monster."

"Or what?"

"Did you though because I'm tamer, I alone am quiet weakling?"

"…."

"Tch."

"[Ice Piercer]!"

Runa fired with her crossbow towards Shri, but the crossbow bolt was easily blocked by the bite ant queen as she took the attack for Shri, freezing some parts of the ant body, however managing to block the attack.

"?!" – Runa stared speechless as the ant was able to block her attack.

"And just so you know, those bastard aren't weaklings either. I raised them personally."

"!"

Before Runa realized, the two demon sword tailed lizards quickly rushed towards her and swinged their sword tail towards her, forcing her to use her crossbow and axe to block the two incoming blades.

However, she had not noticed the giant cobra disappearing and the next thing she knew, the giant cobra emerged from the ground, right behind her and headed straight towards her.

Runa quickly turned around, swinged her axe and created a glacier of ice to protect herself from the cobra attack, but as soon as blocked the attack, Shri whip flew straight at her and hit her right in the back, before then causing a demonic explosion to occur.

"?!"

"[Yeti Fur]!"

Runa activated her skill, covering her body in white ice like armor.

"Hm?"

"What? Do I now got you to fight seriously or something?" – asked Shri with cheeky tone.

"Bitch!" – shouted Runa.

"Yeb. I'm a bitch."

"A bitch that own herself."

"But you?"

"I will make you, my bitch."

"[Medusa Whip]!"

Shri launched her whip towards Runa, before having then the whip generate an energy, creating fake whips that had also flew towards the Runa.

"!"

Runa activated her skill, [Wind Path], boosting her speed, before then starting to run away from the whips.

"Won't work!" – shouted Shri as her whip suddenly changed direction as Runa ran.

"?!"

(The fuck?! Homing?!) – though Runa as she saw the whip changing directions.

Runa began defending herself against the whips with her axe and crossbow, but then the scorpion monsters appeared right behind her and tried to attack her with their stingers, forcing Runa to use skill [Ice Knock], spinning around and creating a shock of ice around herself that knocked the stingers away as well as the whip attacks.

However, Shri and scorpions again launched their attacks, forcing her to deeply [Yeti Cave] skill, surrounding herself with block of ice that blocked the attacks somewhat.

(Dammit!) – though Runa.

(I need to admit it! She is indeed a fuking monster!)

(She is an fuking tamer, but she herself can hit like a fuking truck!)

(And there are also those monsters of hers!)

(?!)

(Wait?! I don't see that dog thing and that bird thing?!) – though Runa while looking towards Shri direction.

The insect owl was flying above in the sky and prepared to cast a magic.

The insect owl unleashed a powerful sphere of darkness towards the Runa, who had only noticed the shot as it was already coming towards it.

However, while the arrow had shot its attack, Shri unleashed the [Unjust Arrow], whip skill that flew towards the Runa in a form of a spear from the tip of her whip.

Runa was on full defense and was surrounded by monsters, meaning she couldn't even try to dodge the attack.

The scorpions and the owl attacks hit her barriers, cracking it, before then Shri whip came flying and shattering one of block of ice and making the whip hit Runa right in the stomach.

"Agh!?"

(She hit me?!)

"[YETI CLOUD]!"

Suddenly, a snow storm kicked off, blocking Shri and her monsters vision.

"!"

"[Rope Blade]!"

Shri swinged her whip through the storm of snow, trying to hit Runa, but not managing to hit her.

"…"

"Where is she?" – said Shri while trying to find Runa.

(Stealth?)

"…."

(No.)

(That yeti class of her seems to be magic warrior type of class, so there is low chance of it having stealth skill… So, is she still inside that storm of snow?)

"I know you are in there Runa!" – shouted Shri.

"But do you really think that it will safe you?"

"So far I was dominating most of the fight and you have only been on the defense!"

"So, what are you planning to do?"

"At this rate you will die before you even take half of my HP down!"

"…."

[Player Runa has declared her surrender.]

"…."

"What?"

The storm of snow disappeared, revealing Runa.

[The winner of the match have been decided: Shri]

"Hey…."

"IS THAT A FUKING JOKE TO YOU?!" – shouted Shri.

"WHY THE FUCK YOU SURRENDERED!"

"Tch."

"Fuck you." – said Runa.

"I know that even if I would go all out, I wouldn't have won."

"The only reason why I even fought with you and tried to win was because there was a chance of me winning and there was also the fact that I didn't knew how strong you are."

"But you are straight up fuking monster, even though you are using whip as your weapon and are a monster tamer."

"So why the hell are you complaining? You would have won anyway."

"…." – Shri just looked shocked at Runa.

"So, yea, there was no chance of me wining, and even if there were some, the chances were straight up to slim." – explained Runa.

"So, I surrendered, since there was no pointing continuing this fight."

[With the surrender of the player: Runa. The fight had been concluded with player: Shri winning the fight.]

[Both players will be teleported back to the lobby.]

Few moments later, both players were teleported back to the tavern lobby.

"Hey!" – shouted Shri towards Runa.

"What?" – said Runa.

"I already explained everything, so- "

"And that is the confusing thing." – said the voice from behind.

"?!"

Runa quickly turned around and saw ClownFrog standing right behind her, looking down on her from above.

"Why the hell you surrendered?" – asked ClownFrog.

"You were desperate trying to get to the finals and were straight up about to go all out when you faced me and even managed to get to the finals after I let you go."

"So, why the fuck you surrendered?"

"…."

*Sigh*

"Look. I knew that I wouldn't have won against you, you fuking freaky monster." – said Runa.

"But I wasn't expecting at all to run into other monsters like people."

"I may be strong, but I also understand when there are stronger people and what chances I have at winning."

"I could have maybe have gotten higher place and winning something good, but I got straight up unlucky and had to fought your guild member who turned out to be a freaking monster, just like you."

"That it. Nothing else."

"Simple answer. I got lucky against opponent I couldn't win against."

"Satisfied?"

"…."

"Meh."

"Well, I understand your point and everything." – said ClownFrog.

"But I though you would try harder or something."

"Why should I? When the results were obvious." – replied Runa.

"Anyway, you have beaten your opponent? Or you got your ass kicked?"

"Nope…. My opponent surrendered as soon as battle started." – replied ClownFrog.

"?"

"Wait, what?" – asked Shri.

"Yeb."

"I summoned my army of monsters and that guy just said."

"OH FUCK THIS! I SURRENDER!" – said Muffin Button when the fight between him and ClownFrog started.

"And when we got to the lobby, when we locked eyes together, he straight up logged off."

"I straight up ran into the weakest guy here out of all people…. *Sigh*"

"…."

"Huh… Welp, so there were some weaklings in the mix." – said Runa before picking a chair and then sitting down.

"Hm? I though you would log off instantly or something?" – asked Shri.

"Fuck you."

"I'm annoyed, but am also interested in other players."

"I honestly wonder, if I had any chance against some others players here and did, I really got that extremely unlucky or something and may have ability to even up with somewhat high rank."

"…."

"Well, suit yourself." – said ClownFrog who sit on top of the table.
