[VRMMO] Dead One

"Shit… Where is everybody?" – said the man who sneaks around in the abandoned forested city.

The Beastman - cat player sneaked around the city covered in plants and trees while holding his bow in hands, trying to find his opponent while also trying not to get spotted.

"…."

(Okay… That feels extremely creepy?)

(I mean, this place look like a good place for battle royal… But why I haven't found anybody yet?)

(I don't think-)

"?!"

The man noticed a large tower nearby that was located right in the middle of the city and around the tower itself was countless monsters just hanging around.

(What the hell is this?!)

(They didn't mentioned anything about wild monsters going around…. Wait…. Oh shit.) – though the archer after realizing something.

"Found you." – said the little girl voice.

"?!"

The cat beastman turned around only to see several fire balls coming his way.

The fire balls flew at the man location, blowing it up, but the man somehow managed to run away in time, dodging the attack.

"?"

"Oh? You bear the symbol of Red Lions?" – asked Hera who was havering in the air alongside other succubus.

"?!" – the man stared confused and scared at the succubus.

(WAIT! There is no mistaking it! Its Hera?!) – though the beastman archer.

(Wait!)

(Is ClownFrog-)

When the man was retreating to gain distance, he suddenly run into O'a who was straight up waiting for him.

As soon as the man turned around, he saw the skeleton caring two swords and quickly swinged both swords covered in yellow colored flames at the archer.

The archer used defensive skill [Bow Counter], enchanting his bow and using it as the shield, but when the two blades hit the archer, he got send crashing to the ground with the yellow flames trying to consume him.

(S-shit! What the hell is this?! He is just a monster-)

"…"

The man looked around himself and saw a group of ghost monsters all around himself.

"…."

"Mommy?" – said the beastman archer as the horde of ghost closed in and began attacking the man.

The man tried to run away, but the ghost were straight up not letting him go.

However, in the move of desperation, the man tried to get using his skill that allowed him to break through the ghost and escape…. Only to come face to face with ClownFrog.

"…Oh F- "

Before the man could speak up, he got cut in two with [Sand Guillotine] that send a large blade of sand, killing the man instantly.

"…Huh. Is this the last one?" – asked ClownFrog.

"Yea. This was the last guy we found around. But there is chance that there are more people sneaking around this city, since it's perfect for hiding." – said O'a.

"Don't worry. Our goal right now is fortified our current location and then wait until we know where the next safe zone would- "

Before ClownFrog could finish speaking, he was suddenly interrupted.

[This is a warning to all the players.]

[The red zone had appeared.]

[I repeat. The RED ZONE had appeared.]

[The location of the first safe zone have been marked on the map.]

[If you wish to avoid the danger of the RED ZONES then please move towards the safe zone marked on the map or you may end up getting killed by the RED ZONE.]

"Oh."

ClownFrog opened his map and saw the giant blue circle located right in the middle of the map.

(Hm…. Last time they did the whole red zone and safe zone thing in the previous phase, each map had a different locations of the safe zones…. But are they this time putting the safe zone right in the middle of the map?)

(Well, the first safe zone isn't really small… Its covering a large portion of the map.)

(But the people will be forced to move regardless.)

(Most people around the edges of the map will be forced to move… But some other people may have though of same thing being with safe zone being focused around the middle of the map this time.)

(I'm pretty close to the middle of the map if not right next to it…. Should I move?)

(…. Nah.)

(Lets stay here for now.)

(Many people may try to rush towards the middle and end up fighting each other.)

(There may be an chance I may run into somebody really strong so it's better to wait to preserve some strength in that case.)

(On top of that, I'm slowly taking over this place and the players WILL come here.)

(I looked around from the top of that giant tower and it seem that this place is really an town, based on the size and outside the town range is just plain grass field.)

(People would definitely avoid that kind of open spaces and rush here…. Good.)

(They will expect ambush, but they will definitely won't expect me and my horde.)

(This place be their graveyard!)

"Anyway, it seems that we will soon have guest." – said ClownFrog while walking towards the large tower.

"Get ready, since we will definitely sooner or later fight somebody strong."

"Got it boss." – said O'a and Hera.

While ClownFrog was preparing for the battle against the players that would soon come his way, the other members of the Purple Hyena guild had also started making moves on their own.

"NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! PELASE WAIT- "

Before the man could finish speaking, he got blasted out of the cave and send flying before then hitting the ground as only lifeless corpse.

"Phew. Finaly out." – said Blueberry who had finally managed to find an exist out of the labyrinth.

Blueberry walked out of the labyrinth and found herself in the empty wasteland that was surrounding the mountain she was just in.

(Huh… Well, this is extremely shitty location.) – though Blueberry while walking around.

(First a labyrinth and now an open space wasteland?! Why?!)

"…" – Blueberry opened the map and looked at it.

(I'm still somewhere good and within the safe zone…. But I can't stay here.)

(This location is too-)

"!"

Blueberry spread and moved covered her right side with it as a bolt of dark magic flew at her and hit her.

"…"

The dust settled down, revealing unstarched Blueberry who just moved her wing away to see who attacked her.

"Oh? You straight up took that head on and it did nothing? Interesting." – said the male demonoid player with blue horns and grey skin.

"…"

(I don't know him.) – though Blueberry while turning towards the man.

(Is he just cocky guy? Revealing himself like that?)

(Let's just-)

"!"

Blueberry suddenly detected somebody approaching her from behind.

Blueberry quickly turned around and blaster right behind her.

Her shotgun blasted somebody, removing their stealth ability as well as instantly killing them by blasting off their head.

"Assassin. Again? Really?" – said Blueberry.

"!"

While Blueberry looked towards the assassin, the demonoid mage saw this as an opportunity and fired multiple dark balls at the Blueberry, but Blueberry saw that coming and spread her wings before then flying upward, dodging the barrage of the dark balls attacks.

"…."

Blueberry looked around and saw few more players hanging around besides the mage and the assassin.

"…"

'Sigh'

(Of course, people would teamed up already. Enough time had passed for the people to either fight or team up.) – though Blueberry while landing on the ground.

(And by the look of things they want to get rid of me… Great.)

"Well, they can try."

"…"

"GET HER!" – shouted an orc knight.

The players began rushing towards Blueberry while others began firing their long range attacks at her.

But while people were trying to attack her, Blueberry had already started summoning something as soon as she landed on the ground.

Moments later, a golem with round body and thick legs that had a giant cat face painted on its surface was used as a shield that took on long range attacks.

"?!"

"Golem?! She has golems?!" – said the archer player.

The round golem with cat face looked at the players before moments later poking out a pair of guns from its side.

"!?"

"TAKE COVER!" – shouted the orc knight.

The golem began firing from its guns at the players, forcing some of them to run away or put up their guards in order to deal with the golem barrage of bullets.

However, while the players were distracted with the golem, Blueberry rushed at the demonoid mage that fired at her before, alarming the mage who prepared to cast another spell.

"[Boost: On]."

On the blueberry back was located a backpack that turned out to be a jetpack booster that repelled Blueberry forward, giving her huge boost in speed.

"?!"

"[Dark Lance]!"

The mage fired a lance of darkness at the Blueberry who just took the hit head on, exploding the lance on the contact.

The mage smiled a little, thinking that he got her, but exactly moment later from the cloud of dust Blueberry revealed herself with her shotgun in hand.

The mage panicked but before he could do anything Blueberry pulled the trigger, hitting the mage in the shoulder before then closing the distance between them and then shooting the shotgun at point blank range at the mage straight in the face, blowing his entire head off.

"Ignore the golem! If we take her down the golem will be dealt with as well!" – shouted the player that was running towards Blueberry.

"…"

Blueberry turned around and opened her mouth as her neck began glowing before moments later unleashing [Dragonewt Breath] at the players, releasing a beam of energy that flew at them and hit one of them before then creating a large explosion that catched other players around the hit players in the explosion.

The players flew after getting blown up before then flying the ground pretty hard.

Some of the players tried to get up, but Blueberry rushed at them and straight up stomped on them before then blasting their heads off with her shotgun.

Some players tried to fight back after getting up, but Blueberry used her combat knowledge to counter their attacks or use her tail to attack them and even attack one of the attackers legs and making them fell on the ground.

The attacked on the ground tried to get up, only to be met with the shotgun right in the face.

"…Please no." – said the panicking player with shaken voice.

However, when Blueberry tried to execute another player with her shotgun, somebody suddenly hit her with an X-shaped flying slash that hit Blueberry and pushed her quiet far away.

Blueberry quickly stopped herself from being pushed any further with her legs before then looking at the man who attacked her.

The man that attacked Blueberry turned out to be a male wolf beastman who was wearing a red black clothing while also carrying around a pair of two long knifes.

"…"

(I don't know him as well… But he doesn't seem to be that weak of a player…. Is he leader here?) – though Blueberry observing the situation.

Blueberry summoned another two cat faced round golems that instantly took out their guns and began firing at the players.

The wolf beastman rushed towards Blueberry, but then Blueberry threw several sphere shaped object towards him.

The man realized that something was off and tried to slash them with his long range slash attacks and he was right to do so.

The daggers hit the sphere objects causing massive explosion right in front of his eyes.

"?!"

(Jezus!? What sort of grenades were those?!) – though the shocked beastman.

However, Blueberry wasn't done and was firing with her shotgun from long range, hitting the smoke and hitting the beastman through it.

The beastman tried to get away from the next shot range, but Blueberry used skill [Overpower Shot] that enchanted her shotgun attack power and attack size, making the man end up getting hit by the shotgun anyway as well as getting knocked away.

The man tried to get up, but as soon as he looked up, he saw the grenade right in front of his face before moments later blowing straight up in his face and sending the man flying even more.

The other players watched in horror as their leader that was way stronger than them was right now getting beaten up one sidedly like this.

The man tried to get up again, but before he realized Blueberry was already right next to him and as soon as the man noticed her, he tried to swing her sword, only to get his hand blowed away with shotgun blast.

"Aa…...AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" – the man screamed, but not for long since Blueberry put her shotgun barrier into his mouth before then pulling the trigger, blowing the man head from inside and executing him on the spot.

The players stared shocked as their leader was quickly and brutally defeated by the cute and innocently looking girl.

"…"

"What are you looking at for?" – asked Blueberry after noticing the panic in the players eyes.

"…. Oh… So, he was really the strongest among you all?" – said Blueberry while observing the players reaction.

"Well then, I guess it won't long to kill you all."

"And don't bother with running away."

"You won't escape even if you try it."
