[VRMMO] Dead One

While the two forces made out of ClownFrog undeads were currently serving as distraction, ClownFrog himself alongside the demons and his highest elites were currently attacking an Ox city.

"Shit! Reinforce the main gate barrier! Those demons are straight up trying to tear it down open!" – shouted the soldier.

"We are busy with those flying bastards already! We don't have enough mages to reinforce the gate and deal with those flying enemies!" – shouted the mage.

"Shit! Were the hell is the reinforcements?!" – shoted the knight.

"They are still on their way sir! But we should- "

Before the soldier could finish speaking, the barrier right above him shattered and moments later a hail of the explosive green skulls flew directly in his direction, hitting the soldiers in the area and blowing the area up.

The knight who had barely avoided the explosion tried to get up from the ground, but then the next thing he saw was a giant feet suddenly appearing right in front of his face.

As soon as he looked up, he saw a bright green flame engulfing him and the soldiers nearby, killing them instantly.

ClownFrog had managed to enter the enemy lines.

"Shit! That thing is here! Attack it!" – shouted the soldier.

ClownFrog turned around towards the soldier that shouted it before then unleashing sprouting out ice bone spears from the ground, impaling the soldiers and the mages on the manifested weapons.

"!"

"Blast those fuckers now! The barrier is weakening!" – shouted Hera after ClownFrog killed some of the mages with his attack just now.

Hera alongside the other succubus began firing spells where the barrier was breaking and managing to shatter the weaken barrier, allowing them to attack the soldiers from above.

"Shit! They are breaking through the main gate!" – shouted soldier on the ground.

"Hey! What the fuck are you doing up there?!"

The soldier looked up and saw explosions happening on top of the wall.

"…."

"Shit."

The gate shock more and more and before long it was completely broken down, allowing O'a and the demons to enter the town and began attacking the soldiers that were ready for them.

"…."

(Huh… it did take us sometime, but we are finally breaching the town.) – though ClownFrog before then blowing up the soldiers that were attacking him.

Somebody fired a ball of fire and hit ClownFrog in the head, but not doing any real damage.

"…"

"Really? Again?" – said ClownFrog while turning around.

"Honestly isn't this part where you run away in fear or something?"

"…." – the mage stared silently while trembling in fear.

"Seriously. What is- "

"!"

"…. Oh…. You are buying time, aren't you?"

"?!"

"Thanks. That confirms it." – said ClownFrog after watching the mage reaction.

ClownFrog pointing with his staff and unleashed a wave of the necrotic wind towards the soldiers, blasting them away and then firing a scythe made out of wind to cut them all up in one go.

(Good! The sloth will soon awaken. Just a little bit more!)

ClownFrog raised his staff in the air before then starting to turn the killed soldiers and knights into undeads.

Beside the fact that many of the mages who have been maintain the barrier have been killed alongside the soldiers on top of the wall as well as the fact that the main gate was breached, the defenders now had to deal with the rampaging undead that straight up began tearing and eating people alive.

And as ClownFrog was showing off his power nonstop, the dormant sloth within was beating, signaling its soon awakening into a real sin.

"?" – ClownFrog suddenly stopped after noticing system window popping up.

(The elite undeads are getting killed nonstop?)

(No wait… They are getting wiped out?)

(….)

(Did they got to the city already and they were catched in the ambush?)

ClownFrog saw something from the distance, coming from the city quite fast towards the wall.

What he saw in the distance was some sort of giant wolf monsters wearing an armor.

The fast moving armored beasts rushed at the undeads and began crushing them with their claws and fangs while the new unknown soldiers were also running towards the battlefield.

(Reinforcements.)

(Meh. Don't care.)

(In fact, they will help me out with the sin awakening.)

ClownFrog spread his wings and flew from top of the wall towards the unknown soldiers.

The unknown soldiers instantly noticed the lich flying towards them before then landing near them.

The soldiers didn't even said anything and instead swinged their blades, sending waves of different magical elemental slashes at the ClownFrog and in response ClownFrog quickly deployed barrier of bones to block the attacks.

The attacks hit the necromancer barrier, causing multiple explosions that ended up damaging the barrier quiet a bit, but not exactly destroying it.

"Huh. Magic swordsman's?" – said ClownFrog.

"Interesting."

(And they also seem to have some power as well.)

(This is quiet strong barrier and everything, and yet it suffered that much damage?)

(I guess these bastards are finally pulling out big guns.)

ClownFrog activated his flag and the mask powers, enchanting his undeads, making them stronger and making sure that they would somewhat manage on their own while ClownFrog himself set his sight on the new soldiers.

The soldiers began firing magic at the ClownFrog, shattering his barrier, but then out of nowhere the [Cursed Spear], [Bone Lance] and [Dark Lance] flew and impaled 3 of those soldiers, killing them instantly.

"?!"

The other soldier did not expected it all the instant death of some of their comrades, however it didn't distracted them for long and they began running away, gaining distance before then firing with their blades the waves of magic at the ClownFrog, forcing him to deploy another barrier to block their attacks.

However, while blocking the attacks, ClownFrog detection skill had detected something moving from behind.

ClownFrog looked back and saw a giant panther like monster leaping towards him, but in response ClownFrog smacked the monster with his tail, stopping the monster attack.

(Another monster?)

(First those armored wolves and now some sort of sneaky cat?)

(Tamers and the magic swordsman's?)

(Weird.)

(I known that the third prince faction is knew for its cavalry and I even fought it myself when they invaded our original continent we started in. I think they were called Green Riders.)

(But then who are these fuckers?)

(Did third prince replaced his cavalry? Or maybe they were some sort of hidden cards?)

(Or maybe they just work here?)

(Well, if some of them survives fighting with me, then I can always torture them for the informations.)

"[Demon Rising]!"

ClownFrog released a demonic energy into the air, firing a demonic arrows into the sky before then having them drop all around himself, hitting some of the soldiers and the beats that were in the range.

One of the soldiers who saw ClownFrog exposed back tried attacking it, but then the soldier was bit by the undead burning hound that straight up exploded moment later after biting the soldier.

ClownFrog was unleashing his AOE type spells left and right, completely wrecking the area around himself and killing many soldiers.

However, it wasn't the end.

The soldiers did not stopped attacking ClownFrog as were their beasts and on top of it all, showing that they will not yield to fear and even die if that means killing ClownFrog.

But while that was happening, one of the group of the undeads that consisted nothing more than elites ended up being completely annihilated by the group of mercenaries lead by the eyepatches man.

"…."

(A-amazing!?) – though the noble knight.

(He took that many of those undeads on his own and easily won?!)

"Soldier."

"Yes?"

"All I know that mercenary was hired by the third prince personally… But who the hell is he really?"

"…."

"You don't- "

"I don't know. All they told me is to bring him with me…. But they didn't told me he was that kind of monster."

"Did you ever heard name Sirius? Sirius Cruel?"

"?!"

"Wait. You are not telling me- "

"Yes… This is him."

(Sirius Cruel.)

(A cruel ex-knight who was discharged because of his cruelty, but was renowned for his strength.)

(I mean. Why in the bloody hell third prince would have any reason to hire somebody like HIM?!)

(Does the not know anything about him?! About his stories?!)

(Heck. I never met him, but even I heard a lot of stuff about him.)

"Hey kiddo." – said the eye patched man while approaching the noble knight.

"Y-yes?"

"Give me the map. Something was definitely wrong with those undeads here and they were definitely some sort of distraction made by that necromancer."

"…. Here." – said noble knight after taking out and handing over the map to the mercenary.

"Hm…. Speak. What was the settlement that was first attacked by the necromancer?"

"Em…. It was this place on the map…. Then the next location was this place."

"…."

"I see."

"Then the necromancer is definitely heading towards this place. Ox town."

"?"

"How do you know that?"

"Well, there are multiple reasons."

"First, the necromancer didn't attacked any city and instead focused on towns, right? He wanted the quick victory before anything or anybody stops him."

"It means that that that his next target will be a town as well, if not is already attacking it."

(However, there are several question though.)

(Why did he send such strong undeads away? Wouldn't be way better option to send small army of the expendable undeads?) – though Sirius Cruel.

(According to the informations, he is indeed powerful necromancer that can control a lot of different undead beings.)

(But this?)

(It doesn't sit right.)

(Did he only send those strong undeads as distraction? But I don't think they were the right ones for the job, since I fought few necromancers in my life and I know that some elites undeads cannot be remade instantly.)

(He send those undeads away as distraction, but he is also aiming for the quick win.)

(What is that necromancer planning?)

"Sir! The informant in the Hawk town told us that they had spotted undeads coming their way!" – said the soldier while holding a magical crystal ball.

"!"

"Move- "

"No."

"We are going towards the Ox town as planned."

"?!"

"What the hell are you- "

"Its a second distraction you idiot."

"Is your informant on the line?"

"Y-yes!" – replied the soldier.

"Good."

"Tell him to get out there and look for the necromancer."

"There is a huge chance that he isn't there and tell him to make haste."

(That necromancer is definitely aiming for something, but what?)

(Its definitely not destruction.)

(But then what?)

"…."

(Forget it.)

(I will find the fucker and beat the truth out of his undead mouth if I have to.)
