[VRMMO] Dead One

After finally getting to the [Blood Mountains] by who knows how many spend days we spend on our travels, we find ourselves fighting off the monsters.

The close we would get to the mountains, the stronger monsters we would encounter.

Honestly, this place is straight up massive just like rumors said, even if we were to make a city or two, nobody would find out.

It took us bit of time and all, but we managed to arrive at the bottom of the mountains.

And now, the real challenge start.

Our goal is to find a suitable location somewhere in there, but there are several problems.

For example, monsters.

We will definitely encounter way stronger monsters in there and they will give us some problems.

The second problem is route.

Going through those horde of monsters only to leave our base will be…. Problematic.

We were thinking about maybe doing an underground passage just like sobeks did to avoid confrontation with monsters.

The third problem are materials.

We can chop down trees for wood and stuff, we even have a lot of tools and other stuff prepared.

But we need some materials and some other stuff if we want to create our base.

We probably cannot make an underground base now and should instead focus on making the base on the surface first before trying to make a base underground.

We don't really need to make a castle or something, but a proper base that can defend itself from the monsters.

We have our own monsters like elementals, demons, undead and tamed creatures, so we can somewhat leave them to guard our base, but its better for some of us to defend the base.

And the fourth problem is quite obvious: Location.

We need to find a suitable location for our base.

Depending on the cismontane, we may change some things or for example give up on the outside base or the underground base.

So, yea, we have many things to do and consider.

But for now, we focused on exploration and finding a perfect spot for our base.

We had entered the mountains and oh boy, but there were some problems.

[Level 350 – Maniae Giants]

[Level 321 – Reptile Bird]

[Level 345 – Plant Man]

The monsters between level 300 and 350 had started to appearing as soon as we got onto them but more specifically, right before we entered the mountains these monsters were appearing.

This was an…. Huge change. From level 200 to 350 in instance.

I mean, this place is big and all, but if this place has that kind of spikes in power, then as soon as we got deeper into this great danger zone, we will definitely start encounter level monsters above level 400 if not 500.

I honestly no need to even ask why all of the empire soldiers were completely wiped out.

The newbies are somewhat managing, thanks to their new equipment and classes as well as titles they have managed to get during the war.

But the situation isn't really that bad if you look at it.

The monsters here are also helping everybody level up way faster and some of the newbies had already leveled up few times.

If this place really have some really nasty and strong monsters around level 400, then me and the other 5 can quickly level up.

But still, there is a good chance that something that may even give us a trouble may appear at any moment.

So far while exploring the mountains we did find some spots that we may have used for our base, but we wanted a location that was further in the to be even harder to find.

While exploring those mountains, we were encounter bit more… Annoying monsters.

The monsters were growing stronger the further we went in just like before, but there were several monsters that were way stronger than their levels.

For example, the Murder Bear who could both take a hit and crush all of your bones. One of the newbies got send flying after he got hit by it.

There were also other monsters who were bit of more annoyance.

For example, killer goats.

They look like giant mountain goats…. Honestly, they were horse sized and we were thinking that these guys were harmless… But then they just charged at one of ours and send them flying.

These bastards could even push back a bear with their charging.

They were extremely annoying since they would sometimes send some of ours flying.

So, yea, not only we were encounter stronger monsters, but also problematic ones as well.

But we were leveling up quite fast, especially the newbies.

"Hey…"

"…."

"HEY!" – shouted Shri.

"What do you want now?" – asked annoyed Oron.

"How further do we need to go? Can't we start making our base now?"

"Sis, we had already discussed this before. We need our base our base much deeper if we want to hide ourselves."

"Well, she doesn't need to whine anymore, I think. We got quite deep already." – said GreyHunt.

"We had been walking for hours now and look behind us." – said GreyHunt while pointing his with his finger at the distance location.

"Our current locations are mountains, but take a look how far we straight up traveled from our starting locations."

"I think we should start looking for our spot for our base for real once we got past this mountain we are on. We can use it as our cover alongside other mountains."

"But what about the monsters?" – asked Ampi.

"I know you guys are strong, but some of these monsters are straight up too much for us when they hunt in packs."

"We can fight together and defeat them, even if they gang up, but once we go any further won't monster start appearing that we cannot handle?"

"Don't worry." – said GreyHunt.

"Even if we somehow managed to find monsters that us 6 can't handle, this place is straight up swarming with a lot of high level monsters that we can use to level up quite fast."

"So honestly speaking, we found another reason why we should not give up on this place since we would have a solid access to the hunting grounds."

"GreyHunt is right." – said Oron.

"With hunting like these, we can straight up boost the leveling up speed of you some of our monster AND if we have some new recruits in the future, we can use this place to also boost their growth."

"Honestly, it would be surprising if some guild would try and decided to build their base somewhere near this place for only the hunting grounds."

"I don't know about other two great danger zones, but those place are definitely worth a hassle if the rumors about their treasures are true."

"This place on the other hand, is filled with monsters AND its also an perfect location for us to hid ourselves from prying eyes."

"Yea, yea, I get it and all, but I would really like to find the god dammed spot we can use already." – said annoyed Shri.

"Don't take me wrong and all, but if we want to raid settlements and other stuff, we would need to go through all of that again and again each time we would like to leave or enter this place."

"I get the plan to build an underground passageway, but it would take a hell of long time for us to dig and resources to build the tunnel."

"There is also the fact that we can dream of only building the underground passage until we build the freckling base overground to defend our yet to be made underground base."

"It will take months to do it all!"

"Well, we have to do it." – said ClownFrog.

"JEZUS FUKING CHIRS!" – shouted spoked Shri.

"How the hell you fuking big bastard got behind me without me noticing you and since when?!"

"Meh. And as when I got here, about when I could hear you shout some things" – replied ClownFrog.

"Still, I get you all are annoyed and it will definitely take time, but this place is way too worth it."

"Honestly, the plan was to just find an place where empire wouldn't find us, but considering how dangerous and rich this place is, we can straight up use this place as foundation for our kingdom if we liked!"

"Not only that, this place was never touched by the empire workers or anything, meaning that this place may hold some riches underground."

"I'm already saying this, but we are not giving up on this place even if we totally fail right now with making our base on the first try."

"This place is too important and useful to be given up on."

"…."

"Wait kingdom?" – said Shri after a short pause.

"…."

"Well, yea? Honestly if any country would conquer this place and took complete control over it, they would be definitely able to create a small country of their own."

"But oh well…. Wait…. Huh…..."

"…."

"Wait, are you thinking that we could use this place to create our own kingdom?!" – said very interested Ampi.

"…."

"Well, in theory it should be possible, but not now." – said ClownFrog.

"We don't have enough people nor we have any control over this place at all."

"In theory is possible, but- "

"But we can do it in the future, right?" – asked GreyHunt with serios tone.

"…."

"Yes…. But right now, it's impossible for us to do any of that and there is also empire."

"But…... Maybe we will make our own kingdom in the future."

"Not now, but maybe in the future."

"However for now lets just focus on finding the perfect spot for our base first."

The members of the Purple Hyena guild continues searching around, trying to find a perfect spot for their base while also dealing any monsters that would come their way.

It would definitely take them quiet some time for them to find the spot where their official Purple Hyena guild base will be builted.
