[VRMMO] Dead One

After the conquest of the first city, the main line of the enemy forced formed by the first and the third prince ended up suffering extremely heavy hit.

Not only that, but we didn't stopped and continue progressing deeper into the enemy territory, dealing massive amount of damage while also increasing our numbers in the process.

Our rush ended up weakening the enemy frontlines, allowing the two other points to push through and force the enemy back, making us reclaim 2 more cities.

However, the enemies weren't complete idiots and quickly reorganized in order to strengthen their defenses.

Not only that, but when we were fighting in the open, we this time saw how dangerous those cavalries are.

Especially those monster horse, they straight up trample to death the corpless.

Mostly at the orc kingdom territory they shined the best.

But they were still no match for us or the giants, however they did took out some of our monsters in the process.

Not only that, the first and the third prince forces ended up launching an counter attack and rebelling one of us our armies and forcing it to retreat and recover, they are much stronger than we believed, we even lose some giants to them.

However, we decided to fuck them and we just charged through, making them suffer more damage.

We ended up taking more of the enemy land, but only a little bit since right now our forces are clashing with the main part of the invasion force, so our progress was slowed somewhat.

Not only that, we started encountering more players belonging to the empire.

There was also the fact that one of our armies was defeated and forced to retreat.

But overall, we are maybe winning?

I don't know how the empire managed to get so used to terrains here, even though this is brand new continent to them and they weren't here for that long.

Maybe they have send spies here before or maybe they have some sort of genius general leading them? Who knows?

Either way, they are the ones in trouble.

We are located right next to the demonic kingdom, so we have means of getting reinforcements, but them? Their empire is across the sea, meaning that they cannot get reinforcements from get go.

Not only that, most of our loses were the expendable monsters, so we really didn't suffered any real loses.

So right now, they are big mess and if we try and take our sweet time, we will have an easy victory and the enemy will probably realize that.

But the reality isn't like that.

We may have expendable monsters, but we don't have infinity number of them right now.

Not only that, the demonic kingdom is still affected by the recent events.

The only good thing is that the enemy doesn't know that and they are panicking.

Right now, the empire forces will definitely focus on their defenses and I already discussed this with the generals.

The plan we came up is to quickly crush the empire forces.

It may seem like a completely stupid plan considering our current situation, but right now we have a chance while they don't know about our problems.

The enemy will focus everything on not losing their ground and trying to repel us.

So, the fight was going like this right now.

We managed to secure good part dark elf kingdom, but the defenses in the orc kingdom were much stronger than we expected, the progress of taking back its terrain were bit harder than planned.

However, the empire was taking a lot of hits overall.

But they realized that it was problematic to defend so much land, so they retreated with all their forces to the specific part of the two kingdoms and created a strong line of the defense to the point that our other army ended up being forced to retreat and recover.

So pretty much our only main force is remaining.

By the way, the spies and other intelligent agents as well as the hostages we captured and tortured the information from had confirmed that the Red Lions nor the Scarlet Gryphons were present here.

We didn't had to worry about the two mayor guild being here, but I doubt that they just didn't came here only because they didn't want to, probably the prince order.

The lack of the two mayor guilds made the situation much easier to us, but the empire is still strong.

Those horse monsters are called pride horse, a giant horse beast that is quite powerful. It makes the enemy cavalry extremely dangerous.

There are also the first and the third prince forces.

They are not really allies, but they are working together.

Red Swords who work for the first prince are like the cruel knights of the Adernul kingdom, meaning tough son of a bitches.

And as for the Green Riders who works for the third prince, they are cavalry focused, but not only that, they have also a gryphon's riders who fly in the sky.

Both the Green Riders and the Red Swords aren't completely here and only part of their forces are here, but they are bit problematic and they are boosting morals of the empire soldiers.

Now our side.

We have the demon soldiers as well as vampire soldiers.

For monsters, we have corpless and their variants and on top of it all we have the damned giants.

Our army is solid and the vampire have high survivability as well as healing powers.

As for demons, they are strong and versatile.

We have also some siege equipment that are bit special and has a demonic fire power, meaning that they can do some damage.

In terms of strength, we have advantage, but the enemy have defenses.

But the situation isn't bad.

Since now they are just clumped all together, it makes the gathering energy much easier.

If we are lucky, we can turn me into a lich…. No.

The enemy would be too wary and would try to stop it.

It's better if we do the ritual after we deal with the empire.

Anyway, it's time to go back to the current situation.

The forces led by the general Amindo ended up pushing further into the enemy lines.

Meanwhile, we were split into a second army alongside the other players and the giants to launch a second attack.

The enemy who tried to focus on us, allowed the Amindo forces to push through.

We were gaining ground, but we were also losing some of our forces in the process,

Fortunately, me and the other necromancers used corpse of the enemies to replenish some of our lost forces.

But as for the empire? Well, they don't have necromancers, so you know, the more of their forces die, the more forces we will replenish.

They probably know that.

Honestly, it was hard, but we were winning battles one after another. Some battles were harder and we lost some of our men and monsters, but we were still winning.

The territories that were stolen by the empire were shrinking at the rapid rate.

And now we had a meeting with the generals.

"So, with that in mind, we should be able to quickly defeat the empire as planned." – said Amindo.

"The empire forces are shrinking and the necromancers are doing their job." – said ClownFrog.

"They were trying to slow us down, but only few times it worked and almost if not all the times we won the battles."

"Yea. At this rate the empire forces will be eradicated." – said Amindo.

"?"

"What is GreyHunt?" – asked ClownFrog after noticing that something was off with the GreyHunt.

"How many times did any of us fought the Red Swords or the Green Riders?" – asked GreyHunt.

"We did encountered them few times, but now? I don't think we encountered even a single one recently."

"…."

"Now that you mentioned it…. Yea, we didn't." – said the demon general.

"Are they fuking running away? The empire?!" – asked GreyHunt.

"?!"

"Wait! They are…... Wait… No?" – said ClownFrog.

"?"

"What do you mean no?!" – asked the demon general."

"Well…."

"Can they really escape? I mean, they would need ships to get back to the empire." – said ClownFrog.

"From the information we gathered, their ships leaves the docs and heading back to the empire to bring more soldiers over and over again, so I don't think they have enough ships right now to do an evacuation."

"If they did try to evacuate now, they would abandon their own people and that would obviously cause some chaos and other stuff."

"If so, then wouldn't be able to crush them now or something? But they are still holding on?"

"So, they are not retreating?" – asked the demon general.

"Well, I don't know honestly."

"Each day they were losing their territories and they have lost many soldiers."

"But they were getting some of the reinforcements from the empire, including adventures who decided to join in."

"So there another thing that confirms that they haven't given up." – said ClownFrog while checking some papers.

"They are planning something, right?" – asked GreyHunt.

"I think so." – replied ClownFrog.

"There is also the fact that we lost many of our normal soldiers and they cannot be replaced."

"The damned giants are also quiet damaged and it will take time for them to be fully repaired."

"There is another problem." – said the general.

"Because of how much of the territory we took, the enemy only have small amount of territory near the sea."

"It's both good and bad."

"The good since they will soon lose all control of the stollen territory."

"The bad, because they are now clustered together, making their defenses much higher and it also makes harder for our spies to gather informations without getting catched in the process."

"We should destroy them now." – said ClownFrog.

"I don't know what ever the fuck they are planning, but we cannot wait any longer."

"The empire soldiers are extremely exhausted and probably have their morals decreased drastically considering the fact that they were losing over and over as well as the fact that their men were killed without archiving anything."

"They may have something as their last resort or something, so its better if we recklessly charge and crush them."

"Or they may just gave up completely and the rescue ships are on the way."

"The is also an option that they have send an large fleet that carries huge army of the soldiers to assist them."

"But considering that the 2/3 situation is about for them to survive, its better if we crush them, right now."
