Trash of a Wealthy Family: My Gacha System Guarantees S-Rank Rewards

Chapter 73 | New Legion

[Aiden’s POV]

It took us about 5 minutes to reach the training ground. Just as we had reached, Damien also appeared behind.

’The task is done, master,’ he informed.

’Nice,’ I replied. I had to say I was slightly frightened to see his speed, but also relaxed having such a subordinate.

Regalia and Donald also appeared within a few seconds.

"Here are the winnings, my lord: 1000 S-rank stones and the rest in a few days," Regalia explained as she gave me a dimensional pouch.

"Thank you."

Next, I stood a little ahead of everybody as I took out Tidebreaker from the inventory.

All my summons knew about the ship, so they weren’t surprised much. But Regalia and Donald seemed like their eyes would pop out any minute.

"Come aboard," I ordered. Everyone followed promptly; both new vampires were the last to board.

A.B. came out from his cabin. "Greetings, Master Aiden, where would you like to travel today?"

I handed him a piece of paper given by Chancellor. "Check this and take us to the nearest location, fast."

As I tossed the dimensional pouch, "Use this and keep our speed as fast as possible," I added.

"As you wish, Master," A.B. agreed and went ahead.

I turned to the people on deck; they became silent as I faced them.

"We are traveling to the location of the nearest rift. There has been a crisis on the entire continent due to multiple rifts opening all over."

"Our goal is to eliminate every monster that has set foot on the land or may still be hiding in the rift."

"Boss, are the monsters the same as the ones you and I faced in the dungeon, or is there any difference?" Thane asked. I just noticed him now; he has been uncharacteristically quiet for a few minutes.

"No, they may be called monsters, but they are dangerous. First, the mobs are at Grandmaster rank; Master rank monsters still exist among them, but they are rare and very few." I explained.

"However, this is not the most dangerous part. They are much more intelligent and are capable of fighting as a group."

"Their battle instinct is sometimes better than average cultivators. So never let your guard down." I added.

"I will be giving orders on our assault plan; don’t worry about that. Also, besides mana and stamina potions, do you need anything else? I will try to make that thing available to you," I said.

"No, boss, I don’t need anything," Thane answered first.

"We only need potions. But are our numbers satisfactory for such a fight?" Britany questioned.

"I am taking care of that in a few moments. Anything else?"

Everyone responded negatively.

"Okay, I will be in the mess. Alert me if we reach it soon," I said as I turned to leave.

"Nice, mister, can I ask you something?" Felicia spoke hesitantly.

"Yeah, of course, anything,"

"Well, Felicia wanted to have some chocolates; you had promised to buy them after the match," she presented her demand.

I stopped after hearing her demand; I started feeling guilty. If I didn’t have the pressing matter, I would have run to the market immediately.

However, Regalia stepped ahead. "Lord Aiden, if you permit, I have a few chocolates with me that I am sure the little girl would love eating."

Before I could even reply, Felicia spoke first, "Hmm...Felicia is not a little girl. I am very old."

She now floated in front of me with her little head raised high and her tiny hands at her waist, trying to appear smug.

I almost laughed at her antics. I turned to Seraphine, "Seraphine, please take care of Felicia while I finish a few tasks and also give her chocolates from Regalia."

"Leave it to me, master," she answered.

Just as I turned to enter, I felt the familiar sensation, and I knew Tidebreaker had started its first air journey too.

As I reached the mess hall, just as I sat on the chair and was about to ask the system to perform the pull. The familiar golden-rimmed panel appeared.

[Would you like to view the result of today’s free pull?]

"Sure."

[You have obtained an S-rank skill.]

[Name: Tongue of All Creation]

[Rank: S]

[Type: Absolute comprehension/Passive]

[Description: Grants the ability to understand and communicate with any living being, regardless of species, language, or form, by resonating directly with the original expression of life itself.]

"Well, this is surely interesting,"

[Would you like to learn it?]

"Affirmative," I responded as the next moment the skill book materialized and turned into particles and entered my brain.

It was a unique sensation, like something had unlocked in my brain. I didn’t dwell on it much.

"System, create a potions sub-banner under the resource banner."

[Accepting host request...]

[–500 Origin Points]

[Congratulations, host, for creating a new sub-banner.]

[Would you like to perform a pull under this banner?]

"Yes, perform a bundle pull of 1000 Origin Points."

[Would you like to perform 100 consecutive pulls under this banner?]

"Yes, go ahead,"

The system started its process as I started thinking of personnel problems. I was leaning towards doing a vampire summoning; it was a solution to all my problems, including that of visibility.

This was a moment of silence; for the first time I didn’t observe the gacha process and closed my eyes to process my own thoughts.

Today, I had taken my first step toward my goal, and I wanted to celebrate, but one thought was gnawing at my mind.

’Who could be responsible for such a large-scale attack? This type of attack is not in the nature of elves; neither beast-folk follow such a type of strategy.

’Also, the main thing about this situation is not in quality but quantity. There would be losses, but not as much as that should happen.’

’Is there any other motive behind it? No, first identifying the force behind it is necessary, then the motive.

The memory of the bursting head of the Hoshin Tamagi crossed my mind.

’Is an organization behind it? But looking at the chancellor’s expression, he didn’t know the people behind this attack.’

"Ahh...well, I have to keep an eye on it too. Until then, clearing the rifts should be the goal."

Just as I opened my eyes, the panel appeared before me.

[You have obtained 7 SS-rank potions and 93 S-rank potions.]

I checked the codex; besides mana and stamina potions, there were also other potions, but I decided this was enough for now. I glanced at the remaining origin points.

[Origin Points: 12675]

In this short time, the points were almost halved, but I had to move forward.

"Okay, first perform an SS-rank assured pull under the Vampire summoning banner," I commanded.

[Commencing SS-rank Assured Pull...]

[–300 Origin Points]

[You have obtained an SS-rank vampire summon card.]

[Would you like to use the summoning card?]

"Yes, please."

The same phenomenon as Damien summoning started as blood started taking shape in the form of a humanoid.

The system panel appeared with information.

’He is nearing SSS rank, nice,’ I thought.

The blood transformation finished, he immediately went on his knee and spoke, "What are my commands, master?"

"Wait in the corner for a bit. I will address everyone together," I answered.

He moved to the corner; his attire consisted of a red cloak and loose clothing with a few vials attached to his belt.

I brought my focus back to the system panel, "System, perform a bundle pull of 100 origin points under the same banner again."

[Commencing 10 Gacha Pull...]

[–100 Origin Points]

[You have gained 10 Vampire Summoning cards.]

[Would you like to use the summoning cards?]

"Yes"

The same scene unfolded, only there were 10 puddles of blood, though their size was smaller. Their transformation was completed within a minute.

The next moment, 10 vampires appeared, bowing down in front of me.

"We greet our master," All spoke in unison.

I went over their profiles quickly. Vampires being a superior race, 9 out of them were capable of fighting; one of them was an architect.

They were a mix of swordsmen, mages, and assassins, so it was all good.

"I have summoned you here to serve as my army. We soon will land on the battlefield, and I expect that 100% commitment from everyone," I addressed.

Before I could add anything further, a knock on the door interrupted my speech.

"Master, we have reached near the rift," Damien’s voice came.

"Well, that was fast."
