Chapter 478 - 440: The Grand Finale (Part 2)
Aurora Sinclair’s latest childbirth was an earth-shattering event. At least four Martial Lords stood guard inside the hospital.
Over a dozen Great Martial Kings patrolled the Continent of Esteros.
No one but Aurora Sinclair could ever receive such treatment.
This was because the last time Aurora was in labor, someone had been audacious enough to launch a sneak attack, nearly causing a bloodbath on the Continent of Esteros.
At the time, Aurora’s labor was dangerously affected, and she nearly hemorrhaged to death.
Driven mad with fury, Alvin Morgan activated a weapon of his own design, targeting Mount Nine Peaks on the Continent of Esteros.
The Nine Peaks Range came within two seconds of being leveled.
In the end, Aurora single-handedly altered the weapon’s trajectory, diverting it to the uninhabited Continent of Boreas. The impact obliterated one-fifth of the continent’s frozen mountain peaks, turning them into flat plains.
Afterward, the Martial God of the Holy Mountain was enraged and launched an investigation into the cause of the attack.
The investigation ultimately uncovered the mastermind who had ordered the sneak attack on Aurora: Flint Winslow, the Maker of the Martial World.
Alvin Morgan then aimed his weapon at the Holy Mountain, demanding that the Martial God give him an answer.
The Martial God of the Holy Mountain had no choice but to clean his own house.
Flint Winslow took his own life. By the next day, everyone in his faction who knew of or participated in the plot had vanished completely.
And so, Aurora Sinclair directly replaced Flint Winslow, becoming the new Maker of the Martial World.
The Winslow Clan was severely weakened. They dared not set foot outside the Nine Peaks Territory, their only other refuge being the Holy Mountain.
That was why, for Aurora’s current childbirth, nearly all the top figures of the Martial World had mobilized to ensure both her safety and that of the outside world.
They were now genuinely terrified of Aurora’s husband.
His Combat Power might not be high, but the weapons he developed were terrifyingly powerful.
If it hadn’t been for Aurora during that last crisis, the Martial World might have suffered another cataclysmic loss of talent.
Inside the delivery room.
Alvin Morgan gazed at the tiny bundle in his arms, his expression soft and his heart completely melted.
He had always regretted missing Aurora’s childhood. Now, seeing this miniature version of her, he wanted nothing more than to lay the entire world at her feet.
"Aurora, thank you!"

After the birth of his daughter, Alvin Morgan went from being completely devoted to his wife to being completely devoted to his daughter.
His eldest and second sons were treated like weeds, heartlessly tossed aside for the single Beta Morgan to raise.
The fine-sounding excuse was: ’If you spend more time with kids, you’ll start wanting to find a partner.’
Beta Morgan was forced into full-on manny mode, enduring the little masters’ ear-splitting shrieks and their hundred thousand "whys" every day.
「Three years passed in the blink of an eye.」
The little princess was now old enough for kindergarten.
Aurora Sinclair packed her bags, ready to officially bid farewell to Alvin Morgan and her three children.
She had to go to the Holy Mountain to focus on her Martial Cultivation.
Through the Power of Heaven and Earth, she could already sense that Hector Lennox was on the verge of breaking through to the Demigod Realm.
The only reason she had spared his life—and saved him on multiple occasions before the Martial God could discover him—was so he could keep the Winslow Clan in check.
She didn’t trust Tristan Winslow. ’If he had the means to trap three Martial Gods in the Hidden Realm, then he surely has ways of dealing with others, including me.’
Although she had already bound herself to the ring connected to the Hidden Realm, she still had no idea how to use the realm itself.
’So, even if I enter the Hidden Realm as a Quasi-god, I’ll be no match for Tristan Winslow, who has trained inside it for ten thousand years.’
’If he truly turned against me and tried to trap me, I would have no way to stop him.’
"Mama, how long will you be gone?" asked her eldest son, eight-year-old Graham Morgan, his little face solemn.
Aurora couldn’t say for sure how long she would be away. Martial Cultivation often took a very long time. ’Even though my state of mind has already reached the Quasi-God Realm, my physical body still hasn’t caught up.’
"Will you be back by the time I graduate from elementary school?"
Aurora thought for a moment, then shook her head.
"What about middle school graduation?" Graham Morgan’s little face started to fall.
"I’ll do my best to be back by then."
"So I have to help Dad take care of my little brother and sister for... five, six... seven years?" Graham Morgan counted on his fingers, and his face completely crumpled.
Aurora stroked his head, her voice full of reluctance. "Be a good boy..."
Graham Morgan was on the verge of tears. He hugged Aurora’s leg, wiping his eyes. "Mama, please don’t go save the world! I don’t want you to be an Ancient Martial Superman anymore..."
His dad had told him his mom was an Ancient Martial Superman, like in the cartoons, and that she had to go save the world and rescue more children just like him.
He used to think his mom was the coolest person ever, but now, he didn’t want her to be a superman at all.
Aurora glanced at Alvin, who was holding their daughter, then crouched down and said patiently, "Son, with great power comes great responsibility. You might not understand what I have to do right now, but you must remember that I’m doing this so that all of you can grow up healthy and happy, always..."

Leaving behind a reluctant Alvin Morgan and her three crying children, Aurora Sinclair set off alone for the Boreal Lands with Ditto Miles.
The wind was bone-chilling and white snow stretched to the horizon. It was like a forgotten world.
Aurora stood atop the Holy Mountain, practicing the Body Refining Boxing Technique day after day.
Not far from her sat another Maker, Jasper Winslow. Though his physique had already reached the Quasi-God Realm, his state of mind was unable to break through.
’If the ways of heaven were so easily fathomed, they wouldn’t be the ways of heaven.’
’I was only able to comprehend the rules of the Power of Heaven and Earth and elevate my state of mind so quickly because I’m bound to this ring.’
Winter passed into summer, and the stars shifted in the sky.
Lost in the long road of Martial Cultivation, she lost all track of the years.
It was as if she heard a faint CRACK. The path to becoming a Martial God had been opened.
All she had to do was ascend once more to reach the pinnacle...
"Ditto Miles, how long has it been?"
Aurora asked calmly, looking at a stone monument before her that seemed to have changed shape.
On the deserted mountaintop, an instrument buried beneath the snow suddenly lit up.
It broke through the pristine snow and crawled clumsily before her.
"Master, it has been thirty-six years..."
Aurora’s heart leaped in shock. ’I was only lost in my comprehension for a moment during Body Refinement... How could so much time have passed?’
As if moved by the thought alone, she vanished without a trace.
Aurora didn’t know how she had arrived on the Continent of Esteros in the blink of an eye, but she had no time to ponder it. She quickened her pace, running toward the place she remembered.
She was stunned to find that the former Great Barrens was now covered in skyscrapers.
’This place...’
"Ditto Miles, contact Alvin Morgan..."
But Ditto Miles was nowhere to be seen. ’I left it on the Holy Mountain!’
Aurora pressed her lips together and kept walking, growing more and more alarmed with every step.
Passersby cast sidelong glances at her, seemingly whispering about where she could have come from.
"Hey, look at her clothes. Do you think she’s from the Nine Peaks Territory?"
"Could be. I hear that place is full of reclusive Ancient Martial Families and Sects. They act and dress in the most old-fashioned way."
"She looks just like an Immortal. I wonder if I could ask her to be my master..."
...
Aurora listened to their hushed chatter.
Relying on memory, she walked to where the home Alvin Morgan had built for her should have been.
But in its place was a public park, and in the center of the park stood a white statue.
Her name was inscribed on the stone pedestal below.
FOUNDER OF ANCIENT MARTIAL ARTS: AURORA SINCLAIR
She stood before the statue, silent for a long, long time.
Just as the sun began to set, a pleasant female voice called out from nearby. "Dad, it’s time to come home for dinner."
On a bench beside the statue, a man whose face was obscured by a hat slowly lifted his head.
Their eyes met, and the flower in the man’s hand slipped from his grasp, falling to the ground.
"Dad, what’s wrong?" the woman asked, turning to see what he was looking at.
The woman standing a short distance away looked exactly as she had when he last saw her, as if time had left no mark upon her face at all.
A familiar voice drifted over.
"I’m back..."
