When the students heard their new principal immediately abolish all the bizarre regulations, they were stunned for a moment, which was followed by a thunderous burst of applause. Once the applause died down, the students who had been in drag immediately tore off their women's clothing, tossed aside their wigs, wiped off their heavy makeup, kicked off their high heels, and stripped off their stockings. In an instant, the field, which had seemed to be filled entirely with women, was suddenly half-full of male students. The men who had shed their female attire began to weep with joyous relief.
One male student, who had been dressing as a woman for three years, thanked him emotionally. "Principal Zhao Rong, you're our great savior! Hearing this, the students began to whisper among themselves again. A student known for being a dorm boss said dismissively, "What, is he going to impose more rules and regulations on us now?" A male student who had lorded over others as a boss in the girls' dorms glared at Zhao Rong and muttered, "No way. Is he actually going to come after those of us who run the dorms?"

Hearing the roar of appreciation from the students below, Zhao Rong immediately announced his third rule. However, when he finished speaking, every student on the field was stunned into silence.
