Chapter 405 - 405: Infiltrating Mission

Mater pushed all the servants to their maximum potential.
The original three all became Peak Rank-3 beings, with only a faint border to cross to Rank-4. It was all thanked to the Rank-3 beings Zatanu kept in his pocket dimensions. Every single one of them became nutrition for Mater's servants.
Solarix had accumulated a lot of experience through her time in the Phantom Dream and in the Wilds. He came not long before Erin but she developed her power quite well, allowing her to reach Rank-3.
It was the same situation with Kaera, the former demon.
Forus, Sparrow and Evelynn were all experienced warriors by now and had no problem advancing.
Erin and Lucyna were still lacking experience and stopped at Peak Rank-2 and couldn't go further.
Once the servants had advanced, their Shrines changed. This in turn also changed the Floors within the Chaos Realm.
The first changes happened in the Glacial Floor. The snowy mountain range had Northern Lights floating on top of them. After Aurora reached Peak Rank-3, the Norther Lights became even more magical than before.
They weaved together into colorful light fabrics that lit up the entire Glacial Floor.
At the top of the Northern Lights was a faint outline of a magical castle, Aurora's favorite doll house in her child. It had a tendency to materialize into existence. If she became more powerful, it would definitely become real.
Lucyna's own Glacial Shrine took a different form. Instead of the Northern Lights like Aurora, Lucyna had an ice tower that constantly receiving lightning bolts from the sky.
Bash's Steel Flower became even bigger and had more room for more Psychics to stay in. The soldiers under him were influenced directly by his Shrine and slowly gained Demonic Power through years of exposure.
Solarix's Steel Flower took over the entire lava river and blossomed into a structure within the lava. The best place for the Psychics to learn and master Infernal spells.
Kaera had her own lonely corner within the Floor. Her place was the only place that wasn't hot as hell within the Infernal Floor. Instead, it was always filled with the most incredible aromas.
Some residents of the Chaos Realm had built a small town around her Shrine and slowly went into a 'freer' lifestyle.
Kaera's Shrine was also a flower. A giant black rose with thorns.
The Natural Floor was the one that had the most significant changes. As Evelynn reached Rank-3. Her Tidal Shrine created an even larger pool of water, it changed from a large lake to a proper sea of water.
Sparrow's tree grew even bigger, filling the entire floor with even more lands and plants. His power also affected the plants and rocks within the floor, allowing for simple innocent spirits to wake up.
The Abyss Floor didn't have many changes. The only change was Forus's Fortress, which had now transformed into a full-on military fortress with barracks and training grounds.
Mater the black cat was deeply satisfied with the changes in the Chaos Realm and was ready to infiltrate into the Union.
The black cat stood in front of his ten servants. His tail wagged from side to side.
"We are returning home, boys and girls. The mission is to apprehend Victor Fontaine and let Crow use Terror Break on him. Any question?" The black cat meowed non-stop.
Bash raised a hand. He was currently in his human form.
"Yes, Bash?"
"How are we going to infiltrate into the Union? Aren't we supposed to be wanted?"
"Whoa! You really have changed a lot, Bash. You from before wouldn't even think about something like this." The black cat stroked his whiskers. "About that, Selina will explain."
The Goth girl stepped up. "You all must know about Mater's Mimicry Masks. We just need to have suitable identities to walk free in the Union again."
Aurora raised her hand this time, "How are we going to get the suitable identities?"
"That is where I come in." Evelynn said. "The entertainment industry in the Union is still under our control. So, we can easily use the identities of existing celebrities to arrive in the Union."
The other servants let out an 'oh' in unison and nodded together.
"Alright then. We'll leave at 5."
Mater gave each of the servant a Mimicry Mask. The masks reflected their gender well.
However, Aurora received a Mimicry Mask of a male celebrity instead.
"Why is mine a man?" Aurora said.
"Can't help it." Evelynn said. "We used up all the female identities. This is the last one that we have."
Aurora sighed and put on the Mimicry Mask. She transformed into a handsome man with white hair. At least the hair color was correct.
The man in question was a little feminine in his appearance. He was famous because of his unique look, but people often commented on his rather questionable behavior.
"Alright then." Selina put on her Mimicry Mask. She transformed into a similar girl with black hair but no chest tattoo. "We will be arriving in the Union to attend a film festival. Act natural people."
Mater, Selina, and the servants left on the aircraft. They returned to Aeliz City after the short time away. Aeliz didn't change at all, even though the world had taken many turmoil transformations.
The Pantheon kept the people drunk with drama and entertainment that they didn't even know what happened to the rest of the entire world.
Even so, the Pantheon had reacted. There were more policemen on the street. More armored vehicles riding around.
As much as they wanted to pretend that everything was fine. It wasn't fine.
Mater's group arrived at the film festival. The paparazzi and the reporters were already there, taking non-stop pictures.
'Try to smile. After this event, we can finally do what we are here to do.' Mater communicated telepathically.
They went out of the limousine. Everyone received acceptable reception, nothing out of the ordinary and nothing too boring.
And then Aurora revealed herself.
