Magus: Rise of the Darkness Empress

Regor was a servant who had been working for the Skepa family for a very long time. He has joined the family as a trainee servant 21 years ago, during the rule of the previous marquis. And for this long time, he had always been very loyal to the family.

But actually, this was all a lie. Regor was trained to be a spy since when he had only 3 years old and throughout all these years, he had secretly leaked many important news to his true masters regarding the Skepa family.

But even with all the people scheming against them, with the leadership and strength of the current Marquis and Marchioness, this family was rapidly developing. This was not a good thing so Regor was very anxious about finding more valuable information that could actually hurt the Skepa family.

In this situation, suddenly after a mistake made by a foolish dark Organisation, security in the Skepa castle became much stricter. But Regor was not disappoint about this matter and instead, he saw this as a good opportunity.

With this tightening of the security, some new flaws would inevitably appear. So if he could find these new flaws and gather some valuable news, then that would be extremely good for him.

So since the beginning of the day, he had been searching for any flaws that he could find and exploit. But so far, his luck was not on his side and he had managed to find nothing at all.

The flaw in question was a young man who was a member of the Sparrow’s Nest. This dark orginisation was helping the marquis with the guarding of the castle and that was why this person was here.

It was very clear that this young man was very talented. His realm of the high level apprentice knight in such a young age was the proof of this talent. So his combat power was also great.

But because of this talent and his young age, this man was not very experienced in dealing with tricks and schemes. And because he was a valued person, he should have a lot of juicy information too. With this in mind, Regor went to start a conversation with him immediately.

But this conversation did not last for too long. As soon as he had asked a few probing question that a dull and inexperienced person would not found to be suspicious at all, he was suddenly attacked, captured and taken away to a secret celler.

After waking up in the dark celler, to his horror, Regor saw his colleague who was a decently well known maid. Other than her, he also saw three more people.

Two of them were guards with the power level of a mid and high ranking apprentice knights. Even Regor had no idea that they were also spies just like him.

And the last person here was extremely surprising. That was because this person was a real official knight. He was one of the members of the Sparrow’s Nest who had been bought out by a rival group and he had betrayed Sol. This was actually a very big deal for the whole orginisation.

Seeing this, Regor’s blood turned cold. Some of the people here were evem more well hidden than him. So if the Skepa family was able to find them out and remove them, then in the future, the chance of stopping this family from rising would become much harder.

This was the result of the plans that Weiss had came up with. Firstly she had trusted that the spies would be good at their job.

With that in mind, she had scattered some flaws here and there intentionally and had kept a close eye on them.

As soon as anyone had approached these flaws and had tried to gather some information from them, those people were captured and were taken away immediately for interrogation.

This way, most of the good and useful spies were captured. Some of the people who turned out to be spies surprised all the higher ups like the marquis and others.

Even someone working for their family for more than 20 years had also turned out be a spy. This was actually a very disheartening thing to see for the Marquis and Eleanor.

After witnessing this, they decided to be more thorough in the future in trusting someone with an important position. Having this many spies in important positions was truly a nightmare.

But Weiss did not really worry too much about this matter. Accordingly to her observation, even though the Skepa family was definitely a bit lax with security, they actually did a very good job of hiding the truly confidential, important and valuable informations.

So Weiss was sure that even though so many spies had infiltrated them, they had not really managed to get too many valuable things.

But the reason why Eleanor was more frustrated was because, some of these traitors had even fucked her. Getting fucked by various men and her serving them was a good thing in Eleanor’s mind. But getting treated like a convenient slut by the people who were stubbing her in the back, just this thought alone made Eleanor to be extremely angry.

Weiss was able to understand that feeling even though she herself did not really feel much emotion. But still, Weiss was sure that, if in the future, if any of her subordinates had betrayed her whom she had trusted completely, then she would definitely feel the emotion of sadness and maybe even the feeling of anger. That was how Weiss was able to understand Eleanor.

So these spies would definitely be getting the death sentence. And they might even be tortured in a very cruel manner before they would be getting the sweet embrace of death.

But Weiss had nothing of do with that. This was the internal matter of the Skepa family and so she would allow the party in question to handle it. As for what she was going to do next, obviously Weiss was going to go back to the library to continue with her reading.

So just like that, in a very short period of time and with very ease, Weiss managed to solve a big problem that was plaguing the Skepa family for a long time.
