Chapter 502 - 71: Divine Terra Expedition Force! (Part 3)

The captain’s body was finally taken away.

There have always been rumors of resurrection at the Mechanical Heart. One of Litchi’s friends even directly advanced to a Terra Priest after discovering a resurrected person.

But these resurrected Curse-Bound Legion are different, they all bear some kind of curse!

Resurrection of the Dead.

Litchi knew very little about this. Maybe those on the Path of Death knew more, but everyone was secretive about it. Even normally, the Curse-Bound Legion was never seen. They are taciturn and hardly communicate with the outside world except when executing tasks.

Not everyone can be resurrected.

And not everyone can pass the trial of death. The living dead of the Curse-Bound Legion do not align with what people ordinarily perceive as resurrection. Strictly speaking, they are neither living nor dead.

Before the laws of the world are corrected, their existence is closer to a group of curse-bound spirits.

Or, it could be described in a special way.

They are a group of cursed heroes twisted under the power of resurrection of the dead. In a normal world, they should be war souls that died in battle, but now they are curse-bound spirits.

Litchi’s combat squad crossed the Teleportation Array.

He looked up and saw a blue planet, which excited him because he knew that it was Divine Terra!

It was his first time standing in outer space facing the planet he lived on.

He saw a broken land full of scars.

"One day we will redeem Divine Terra!..." The Mechanical Priest’s whisper resonated as he prayed.

This is the Moon Outpost.

A semi-transparent Energy Protection Field shielded this place, and once outside of it, they would lose the air they relied on to live. It’s difficult for those on the Warrior Path to leave their living planet before advancing to a Legendary destiny. Only after becoming a legend, does their life form adapt to more harsh living environments.

Litchi saw a Witch Demon.

Not someone from the Path of Death, but from the legendary Celestial Calamity Messenger Team. They occasionally cooperate with the Mechanical Heart, these people are immensely powerful, and many are Legendary Level beings.

Nearby, there was a group of peculiarly dressed people, led by an alluring and voluptuous beautiful woman.

These people were different from the residents of the Mechanical Heart. They belonged to other departments, mainly operating in the Realm of Reality. Their attire appeared mismatched; some looked like coachmen, some like noblewomen, some like fallen poets tricking noble young ladies, and some had a perpetually comical bizarre smile.

Their paths to advancement varied wildly, including Transcendents on the Monster Path.

Buzz.

The Earth shook slightly.

In Litchi’s astonished gaze, an elder in a gray robe planted two peculiar seeds on the surface of the moon. They quickly took root and began to thrive. In just ten minutes, they grew to a height of over ten meters, the tree branches intertwined, slightly curved, and connected with vines to form a Hidden archway.

The microglow of the Teleportation Spell manifested.

A petite, exquisite figure emerged from the Teleportation Gate. She looked curiously at the others and came behind the Druid elder.

This little girl looked about fifteen or sixteen, giving off the vibe of a wild cat.

But Litchi’s warrior instincts told him that she was very dangerous and ferocious!

One after another, figures emerged.

Besides the Transcendents from the Path of Nature in the opened Forest Gate, he even saw some Night Watchers, Death Pilgrims, the esteemed elites of the Dorne Region, uniformly high-tiered Transcendents.

"Captain!" The little girl previously cheered joyfully.

Litchi slightly turned his head and saw an extremely handsome young man, with a thin face like a figure from Ancient Greece, tall and slender, with a meticulous expression that made him look serious, holding an incongruous black umbrella, and with an unmoving pocket watch in his right palm.

Of course, the most eye-catching was a Death Pilgrim on the Barbarian Path who looked like a giant, with bandages even wrapped around his knees.

"It’s my first time on the Moon!"

"As expected."

"The headquarters should cultivate a few more Legendary Mages." The burly man exclaimed, tearing off the bandages from his knees, revealing old scars. His body was covered with scars, densely packed.

Beside the Teleportation Gate, the Druid elder maintaining the Forest Gate suddenly looked up and said in a solemn voice: "The Zhen Dan people have arrived!"

Buzz.

In an instant, countless gazes were drawn to the distant void. They saw a breached Gate of Space and a fleet of Dragon-Head Battleships crossing space into outer space. On the deck of the battleship, a Witch elder in a Yin Yang Fish Robe gazed at them, nodding slightly towards the distant Druid elder.

Dozens of Dragon-Head Battleships tore open the void and descended; at the center of the entire fleet was a floating Exquisite Tower with a base like a Floating Island, surrounded by thirty-six different white jade guard towers.

Each suspended guard tower bore countless carvings that seemed to be some sort of unknown hieroglyphic inscription.

—Quilhead.

Beside the Forest Gate, a Great Druid whispered:

"The Zhen Dan people really went all out this time!..."

As the only one in the Bizarre Realm with a complete inherited otherworld civilization, originating from the Barbaric Celestial Domain, Zhen Dan had deep connections with the legendary Earth Celestial Universe. Their White Jade City, Suspended City, and Guarding Golden Men were wonders that only appeared in the Dark Era, and the Witch skilled in Five Elements Technique rarely showed up before outsiders.

Even those on the Path of Nature didn’t know how Shawn persuaded them, considering that the Zhen Dan remnants were famously reclusive and stubborn, always very mysterious and rarely communicated with the outside world.

As if it was a signal.

In the void, microglows of teleportation nodes appeared. Amidst others’ amazement, a fleet of Star Realm Battleships broke through the Teleportation Gate and descended into outer space, but most standing on them weren’t human. The forces from the seven Witch King Cities had also arrived, led by a Living Starship. A female Warlock, whose beauty was almost bewitching, with mana so immense that it distorted the surrounding space, clad in a Doomed Sun Magic Robe, gazed into the distance, whispering: "I didn’t expect our Star Port to be reopened on this day."

This bewitching Warlock gave a slight sense of unease.

Her existence seemed to draw the life force from her surroundings, making the void ripple like a lake.

"Doomed Sun."

The Great Druid elder tugged the amazed little girl behind him, cautioning: "Daisy, stay away from them."

These Primordial Mage heritages once drained an entire world’s life force.

The establishment of the seven Witch King Cities had significant connections with them. At the same time, the Bizarre Realm’s scarred land was partly their responsibility.

This fleet seemed rather bizarre, as among them were even clearly alien warships converted into ships, with the sculpted statue of a Balrog Flame Demon on the prow, and one of the Interstellar Battleships resembling a peculiar spider, which clearly wasn’t a humanoid’s spaceship.

"No sight of the Other-dimensional Sphere."

On the deck of the Purgatory City forces, a Transcendent with a Purgatory Bloodline whispered: "Those from the Tower of Knowledge didn’t come."

Beside him, an even-tempered Purgatory Demoness said calmly: "They didn’t come."

"But the descendants of the Northern Witch have arrived."

A witch is a distinct advancement system, different from a mage, more in line with a warlock’s casting ability, and they are very recognizable, being exclusively female.

Of course, after undergoing gender change, advancement remains a possibility.

In the void.

A phantom of a three-headed, three-bodied female gradually emerged. Her vast Mana Pool activated the majestic Teleportation Gate within the outpost. Amidst a shimmer of shining light, countless people saw an incredibly peculiar planet, with countless tree roots entwining the twelve floating satellites, and at the very center was the legendary ’Garden Planet’.

This marks the first time in nearly a millennium that Divine Terra has stepped onto the interstellar battlefield.
