"You know just how to flatter people. By the way, should we have hot pot for lunch tomorrow? Didn’t you mention it at noon? You haven’t had any since coming this year, right? There are several flavors now."
Xiaomi nodded repeatedly: "Really? Then we must try it."
The dinner ended in a lively and bustling atmosphere, and although Xiaomi wanted to chat more with her family about the happenings while hunting and listen to what had happened at home these days,

There was an extra pigpen here compared to before. Earlier this year, Xiaomi secretly took three newly-born piglets from home.
One boar and two sows.
Three months ago, both sows were bred and gave birth to six and seven piglets, respectively, just after she had gone hunting with Yingying.
Now, among a group of plump piglets, there were five or six striped little wild boars mixed in.
Ordinary piglets have black fur, while wild boars mostly have brown fur, but the wild boar piglets have light brown fur with stripes and look very cute.
The piglets were nursing; the plump black piglets mingled harmoniously with the slender wild boar piglets.
"Indeed, they’ve grown quite a bit."
The wild boar piglets were found when she happened to run into them in the forest a while back when there was no one around, so she secretly stashed all of them in the space.
But afterwards, Xiaomi searched the surrounding area for a long time and could not find the wild boar mother.
It was lucky, as both sows in the space had given birth, so she fed the wild boar piglets alongside them.
Ling’er made two fences from bamboo, enclosing them simply in this area, and they stayed obediently without running around.
However, for the safety of the piglets, the boar, used for breeding, was kept separately.
Xiaomi was observing; since Yingying had taken her hunting, she hadn’t entered the space for a long time.
"Master, I feel the space is about to level up; can you find me a body first?"
Ling’er suddenly spoke, and Xiaomi was instantly elated.
"It’s finally upgrading?" Then she asked, "Find you a body? What does that mean?"
A gust of wind swayed the grass before her. Xiaomi seemed to sense Ling’er twirling around.
"It’s a physical body I can possess. I don’t have a physical form now, so I can’t appear before the master, but once the space levels up, I can possess other animals."
Xiaomi was puzzled: "Can’t you have your own body?"
"Of course I can, but the space needs to continue leveling up for me to have my own body. For now, with the next level-up, I can use another small animal to manifest physically."
"I see," Xiaomi understood. "What kind of body do you want? We’re in Fuzhou now, so if there’s anything you’d like, I’ll see if I can buy it."
After all, it’s Fuzhou City, and with the new year near, the streets are filled with vendors at almost every turn.
"How about a myna? Mynas can talk."
Obviously, Ling’er had already thought about it.
Xiaomi pondered, parrots can talk too, but they mostly live in tropical rainforests and probably haven’t been introduced here yet.
Thinking about it, mynas are indeed easier to find.
"Okay, I’ll go into the city today to look for one, and maybe find some live goats too."
Talking about goats made her frustrated. Ever since she and Xiaocao ran into a group of goats, they had never seen goats in the mountains again.
All her practice improving her speed went to waste.
There are almost none for sale in Chengxian, which is why to this day, she hasn’t secured a spot for goats in her space.
After chatting with Ling’er for a bit, Xiaomi exited the space, stretched, and got out of bed.
Today, she wanted her parents to take her shopping, and her parents must be quite familiar with Nanyang Prefecture by now.
