As there were people on the Futuro Planet and the Cerulean Planet, it meant that the expansion to other planets was done excellently.
Even the Hinon Federation had sent the Dyson Swarm to the Violet Sun Virya. That became another source of energy other than Nuclear Fusion Power Plants.
The expansion to other planets continued.
Year Two Hundred and Ninety of the Father God Calendar.
This time, there was a small colony built by the pioneer on the Bultar Planet. As usual, there was a recruitment to become the residents of the Bultar Planet.
The issue with Bultar Planet was that it was quite far from the sun and therefore needed a greenhouse effect to trap the heat coming from the star.
The Terraforming Machine worked hard to create it and also modify some of the soil, as scientists had discovered that the ground of Bultar Planet was tough due to its cold climate.
-
“They even sent out some things to become a Dyson Swarm.” Dian looked at the distant Violet Sun which was slightly covered by some things.
Every few years, a new entry in the Technology Tree was introduced and the Dyson Swarm was one of them.
Thanks to Advance Insight, the technological progress of the civilization had reached a new level.
“Furthermore…I can finally look at the data of Futuro Planet. Looks like it needs a certain level of population before the planet is registered in the system panel.” Dian commented as he looked at the information on the system panel.
[Current Planet Under Control:
-Cerulean Planet
-Futuro Planet]
Although Bultar Planet was already populated, they still lacked a bit of population and that was why the planet was still not on the list.
“Yay! Finally, my race has finally developed something that can go to the starry sky.” Chikara said while appearing in front of Dian.
Usually, the others were in their own space, overlooking their own races and respective duties. But Chikara was so happy that she came to inform Dian about it.
“Can you let me see?” Dian asked with a smile. As a Planet Master, he was aware of it but as to not dampen the happy occasion, he needed to be understanding and follow what Chikara wanted to do.
“Here!” Chikara then shared the entry in the Technology Tree. Although it shared the Technology Tree but the point of development was different from that of the humans.
[Name: Overlord Ship
Technology Rank: T3
Description: This is the derivative of the Gling race’s unit which could allow the Queen to ride it toward the starry sky. It allows the Hive Mind to be spread so far that it covers a star system. This could also allow the Gling to get on and become a landing unit while the flying unit could gain protection from the harmful void in the starry sky and become an attacker or interceptor.
Further Possible Technology: Great Carrier, Dreadnought, Portable Hive.]
“That’s a good command center biological ship.” Dian commented.
Overlord Ship allowed the Queen to ride on it, becoming the mothership of the Gling race. Furthermore, the further possible technology made it so that the Gling could develop more spacefaring capability.
“Isn’t this a good start!?” Chikara spiritedly asked.
Dian lightly laughed along before he said, “This is already beyond my expectation. But don’t forget to allow the others to learn from you. Your race learns this from the humans after all.”
At that comment, Chikara slightly restrained her cheerfulness.
“Right. Of course, we are living in the same homeworld after all. It should be a mutually beneficial symbiosis.” Chikara nodded her head.
Then the two talked about possible cooperation between her race and Dian’s race.
The Dwarf race was not interested in creating their own unique spaceship since the humans were cooperating with them on a deeper level so the human spaceship was actually a result of cooperation between the human race and the dwarf race.
That was why Leif was not much surprised by this and even felt satisfied that his race could cooperate in creating a good spaceship.
“We can make strategies based on the characteristics between the spaceship of the human and the Gling. One is made from metal while your race is made from biological tissue. I think that we can complement each other through communication. But what kind of communication could allow both sides to understand each other?” Dian asked this important question.
“As far as I know, your race has created a Neural Link. My race can even use this to connect to the Hive Mind so a human or dwarf should be able to all the same.” Chikara suggested.
Dian nodded. He agreed that the Neural Link was the right thing to create to connect to the Hive Mind since the way it worked involved deeper neurology.
“I agree.”
After that, Chikara went back to her own space leaving Dian on his throne.
Dian was contemplating something a she looked at the developed Technology Tree. The Technology Tree was shared between the existing races on the Cerulean Planet. Whatever a race had discovered would be stored as an entry in it.
To make sure that the new entry became effective, Dian ordered the Cloud Legion to propagate the way that technology worked.
If that happened with the Technology Tree, then the Transcendent Tree was all the same.
Dian also needed the Transcendents to be as much capable as possible. He wanted the transcendents to be as strong as Tatsumi if not stronger. That was the way Dian saw it.
“The challenge ahead will be more perilous. This is still insufficient to me. Develop more.” Dian sighed as he saw the current assets his civilization had.
They were barely reached other planets in their star system. It was actually quite fast for him but to be promoted as soon as possible, it became slow.
But Dian knew that he should not be impatient. Currently, the progress of civilization had undergone a massive change. The development of the technology became faster, and there were results every few years.
He looked at the progress and knew that everyone was trying their best. Walking into a new frontier of technology and transcendence was not going to be easy and there would be some detours since they did not have a reference, unlike when they were receiving Scientific Inheritance and Transcendent Heritage at the previous T2 and T1.
Then he shifted his gaze to a system panel of the Futuro Planet.
This planet was a lot hotter since its distance to the violet sun was near and had a greenhouse effect, causing the heat to be trapped and increasing the average temperature of the surface of the planet.
That was why the Terraforming Machine there had to reduce the greenhouse effect while also providing the residents there with sufficient resources to live.
[Name: Futuro
Diameter: 10.650 km
Details: Currently undergone Planetary Modification Plan. The races living there still live in the artificial dome for living but in the near future, they could live on the surface of the planet.]
That was the surface-level information that Dian could glean. Further aspects needed to be adjusted but for now, it sufficed since Dian would like to modify the planet slightly.
As long as he was not in a Star Battle, modifying a planet under his control was basically doable and almost cost nothing. That was why Dian helped with the Planetary Modification Project in the way that the races could live more comfortably.
Then he also looked at the Transcendent Tree entry which was renewed also at the interval of a few years.
[Name: Nine Psyche-Locks
Category: Foundational
Details: There are secrets in the human mind. It is the mystery that the human race slowly unravels. It is intangible but it affect physical world all the same. Nine locks of the human psyche need to be unlocked systematically.
-Lock of Consciousness
-Lock of Perception
-?
-?

-?]
Dian knew that with the cooperation between Tatsumi, Charlene and Charles Xavier, they managed to get the second Psyche-Locks opened. It opened the way a human perceives things, increasing their perception so that they were sensitive to their surroundings.
The result was that there were things that Tatsumi perceived to be one thing became another. The world became more colorful and the depths of the spatial layer slowly unravel in front of him and those who managed to unlock the second Psyche-Locks.
This is a good development. With more people perceiving things, they will be able to advance further in their transcendence progress.
Dian thought as such and hoped that what he envisioned would become a reality sooner rather than later.
Additionally, Maito Dai also progressed further in both the Body Refining Technique as well as Eight Inner Hidden Gates.
Even Dian was impressed by the speed of development of the transcendents so he let them be. Leaving them to their own device was something that Dian was used to.
There was even some notion to bring the Sacred Tree of the Elves to another planet but that was denied.
First and foremost, the spaceship currently available could not carry the task. Perhaps in the near future, there would be a spaceship that could manage flora and fauna but for now, it was not feasible.
Dian became aware of this and focused on developing a spaceship that could accommodate flora and fauna. Spreading life to another planet was also a failsafe plan if one planet were suddenly hit with something deadly.
The Hinon Federation also tried to speed up the progress of the spaceship that could serve as an Ark. It was the classification of the spaceship.
The function of an Ark was to carry as much of the living beings as possible. That was why the first Ark was named Noah.
Other than Frigate, Transport, Cruiser, Battleship and Carrier, now there was an Ark class spaceship. Currently, dozens of spaceships had been created and used to move from either planet to planet or from the Asteroid Belt to the Cerulean Planet.
Dian was currently looking for the possible explanation regarding the change in the Technology Tree but could only conclude that the progress of the Human race had leaped forward that they included the Technology Tree into the entry, making it more compact.
“From what I have observed, the change in the Technology Tree is caused by the rapid development of the civilization. Many insights appeared due to the difference in applying the technology that the other races have and comparing it to their own.” Dian could only say this after observation.
Just like what some humans said, the more the merrier.
Dian shook his head as he let out a sigh. He could only attribute the change in the Technology Tree due to the different path the other races took and the Human race used that as inspiration and gained the technology sooner.
Furthermore, the Planet Master System would not falsely do something. It surely had a good reason why the entries were in the early stage of the T3 Technology Tree and not in the middle.
If these technologies are in the early stage, I am afraid what would be in the middle would be as great, if not greater than this. Dian thought with a bit of excitement.
The excitement was because with this, there was a chance that he could surpass those with a similar Technology Tree. If their technology development were similar to the standard, then they would have a higher chance to lose to him in a Star Battle.
Dian then swiftly changed the perspective from looking at the Technology Tree and the people on Futuro Planet to the distant Violet Sun.
Small things were orbiting the Violet Sun at close range. They formed a thin layer which covered the sun slightly.
“So this is what it means to harness the power from the star.” Dian looked at the Dyson Swarm orbiting the Violet Sun Virya.
The Swarm collected light from the sun, which was then sent back to the receiver at the destination planet. Currently, the Cerulean Planet and Futuro Planet were receiving this energy transmission.
Seeing this caused Dian to realize that the Human race harnessed the energy as much as possible, reaching a point where they could probably manipulate energy through technological and transcendent means.
If the Second Rank Transcendence is to create a proto-planet, then the Third Rank is to create a planet inside a body, basically creating a world. This is what Tatsumi predicted so I am sure that this is the right direction. But this means that the required energy becomes greater at the same time.
Through devices and tools, humans could manipulate atomic and subatomic particles but for a transcendent, that was harder since their perception did not reach the microscopic scale yet. Dian had a feeling that the breakthrough in perception was imminent.
“I will be waiting for the time where they could perceive the microscopic world. At that time, they would be able to reach higher heights.” Dian smiled as he said this.
Of course, there was a possibility that this was not the case and Dian knew this. But he still believed that the development of the internal world in a body was the right direction.
-
While Dian was working, in the Library of Consciousness.
Tatsumi was asleep in the living world so he could visit.
He was just exchanging knowledge and ideas with the others when he felt a familiar tug at his core.
‘What is this feeling? Familiar to me…’ Tatsumi thought.
“What’s wrong?” a seven-year-old kid asked Tatsumi. Tatsumi looked at the boy and remembered that the boy died due to an accident, and wanted to relay to his parents that he did not blame them.
Although, it was hard and Tatsumi barely gave the message through his connection.
Tatsumi patted the boy’s head as he replied, “Nothing. Just something familiar calling.”
“Should we end this for now?” Tatsumi asked the boy.
“If big brother wants to do something, then I’ll allow it!” the boy said as if he were someone with authority to do that.
But that made the boy endearing in Tatsumi’s eyes.
“See you later, then.” Tatsumi said as he finally could stand up from his cross-legged position. He did that to match the boy’s height. Now that he had accomplished his objective with the boy, it was time to look for the familiar sensation.
The direction was strangely to the deserted place where few Nafs inhabited. Tatsumi followed the familiar sensation and felt a stronger sensation the closer he got to the place.
But the place was actually outside the city, in the suburban area. After walking for some time, Tatsumi felt that the familiar sensation was at its peak as he found an artificial cave.
“Strange, who would make a cave here?” Tatsumi murmured as he took a step forward to the cave.
The cave was damp and large enough for even a Kleos to enter but a certain feeling became so much stronger that Tatsumi recalled this sensation somewhere in his life.
‘Whoever created this cave does not want to be disturbed since the location is in a deserted area.’ Tatsumi concluded that through the location and the position of the cave.
Tatsumi slowly remembered this sensation. The feeling of facing a being so strong that he needed others’ help just to slay it.
It reminded him of the Dragon of Ruin, Smagenrog.
The more he walked inside the cave, the darker it became. But with his mental power, he could still walk perfectly normal even with the darkness abounding.
Until he came to the deepest part of the cave, where the moss strangely illuminated the large opening inside the cave.
There, he found out something unbelievable.
“What are you doing here?” Tatsumi asked. Seeing the familiar form of that being caused Tatsumi to ask him.
“Hmm…” Smagenrog slept on the cave floor as if it did not matter where he could sleep as long as it could accommodate him.
“Wake up! Come on, I am here. What’s with the word you say to me last time?” Tatsumi got closer to the dragon and even patted its snout. But the dragon was just sleeping peacefully.
Just as Tatsumi wanted to do something drastic, the Dragon of Ruin suddenly opened its eyes.
Then he focused his eyes on Tatsumi and the dragon let out a sigh.
“It’s been quite some time. I thought that I would return to nothingness but who would have thought that your Afterlife Model would be able to catch me.” Smagenrog said.
“This…is surprising. I thought that you just disappeared and would not appear ever again. The fact that you are here means that you have been accepted as part of the Afterlife.” Tatsumi said out loud.
“I initially thought that I would return to nothingness since I am just a summoned being and not even the Afterlife of the Lizardfolk would suffice to contain me. But who would have thought that the new human race’s Afterlife Model would be able to contain me in Nafs?” Smagenrog said something important which Tatsumi listened to attentively.
“I don’t know what to feel at this moment. But since you are here, share your current knowledge about this place. At least, I will reciprocate and share mine in return.” Tatsumi said after listening to what Smagenrog had said.
The fact that the dragon was present in the Afterlife meant that the strength of the Afterlife was evident.
Then Smagenrog shared his experience with Tatsumi since he thought that the Dragon Slayer deserved to know that much.
Then Tatsumi shared his experience with Smagenrog. Despite previously being enemies, the two slowly began to form a shallow bond, that of the sentient beings sharing their experience and knowledge about what they had experienced in life.
“Alright. Tell me how you come from and the matter of the Planet Master System. What exactly is it?” Tatsumi suddenly let out a question which made Smagenrog’s expression turn serious.
