"You can always request for a site for the new factory from us anytime you want to." Sima Long shrugged and said.
But Lin Xuan Qi shook his head at Sima Long and replied, "I will try and see what I can do for the time being."
Although it was a joint venture with the Sima Family, Lin Xuan Qi preferred to get the site for the new factory himself.
There were several advantages for him if he bought the site instead of getting one from the Sima Family.
He could be unbeatable within its compound and also get rewarded with the Five-Element Stone.
The most important thing about it was that he would be able to have full control of the factories if he bought them.
Sima Ye kept quiet and nodded his head by the side.
He took another sip of the tea and said, "I think you are more than capable of getting it settled.
"But in the meantime, I’m here to give you some warning about what is about to happen."
"Warning?" Lin Xuan Qi frowned and asked.
It was a surprise to hear that for him.
Sima Ye gave out a sigh and said, "Ruo Zhi and the Six Pulse Sword Sect is trying to get rid of the Qing Feng Sect’s influence in Hong Feng City.
"And they might be targeting the businesses and personnel that are related to the Sima Family."
"Thanks, Master Sima Ye. I will take extra care of myself." Lin Xuan Qi cupped his hands at Sima Ye and said.
"I will send some of the house guards from the Sima Family to the mansion, retail store and factories soon.
"They will help protect the property and people working for you."
"Thank you once again for the help." Lin Xuan Qi appreciated the help and he picked up his teacup to propose a toast to Sima Ye.
"It’s part of our deal and the Sima Family will honor it." Sima Ye said and raised his teacup.
Sima Long also joined in with the toast and said, "If anything happens, you can ask uncle Sima Ye for extra help if you need to."
"Yes, I will be in Hong Feng City for the time being." Sima Ye nodded his head and said.
Lin Xuan Qi gave out a sigh and downed his tea in one mouthful.
After his experience at Bian Jing and Wan Shou Fang, he wasn’t too anxious compared to how it was for him previously.
There would be the protection of the guards from the Sima Family.
And he himself with Zhi Yong and Lee He Song were cultivators now.
So, it wasn’t as bad as it was when he had to rely on the system’s feature of him being unbeatable within the mansion’s compound.

"Since you are informed, then we shall make a move first." Sima Ye said and he stood up from his seat.
Sima Long shrugged his shoulders and said, "I will see you again soon, buddy.
"My wife has been nagging at me for not accomplishing much in Bian Jing.
"You should let her know that I’ve helped you so much."
Lin Xuan Qi rolled his eyes at him and said, "Don’t worry, I will."
"Heh. That’s great." Sima Long said and pointed at the wedding decorations, "So, when is the wedding? Remember the invitation for Huo Fei Li and Lu Ting."
Lin Xuan Qi nodded his head and said, "It will most probably be at the end of next month.
"I will send the invitations to everyone soon."
There were so many things to be settled, like getting the new factory to ramp up production, before he could think about the wedding.
It wouldn’t be great if he missed the orders for young master Heng and the other dealers in Bian Jing.
Sima Ye and Sima Long left the mansion shortly after.
Lin Xuan Qi sat in his favorite seat in the main hall and had a sip of the tea.
He glanced at Lee He Song and said, "Master Lee, I think we might have some trouble coming for us soon."
Lee He Song chuckled and patted the scabbard of his sword, "I am more than ready for them."
His Dao of killing would be waiting for whoever tried to mess with Master Lin.

Meanwhile, in a retail shop selling some household wares, there was a commotion going on.
Lee Qing held her sword at a distance with her body leaning against the wall.
She glanced at the commotion that was going on and gave out a yawn.
"How dare you come to our shop and cause trouble!" one of the retail shop workers shouted, pointing at some burly men in front of him.
The burly men were wearing yellow shirts with an emblem on their left chest with the word ’Hu’ on the emblem.
"Cause trouble? We are here to buy some of the wares and asked how much they cost." One of the burly men said.
But the retail shop worker spat on the ground and said, "You’ve smashed all the wares we had and you call that buying?"
"Blasphemy! How dare you accuse us of doing that!" The burly man pointed at the retail shop worker and said.
"My fellow men saw what happened. Don’t you dare deny it." The retail shop worker said and his fellow workers nodded their heads.
"You’ve all ganged up against us!" The burly man protested and bared his teeth at the retail shop workers.
The retail shop workers weren’t taken aback by the burly man and he said, "We are working for the Sima Family, I would turn around and get away if I were you."
However, the burly man burst out in laughter and pointed at the emblem on his left chest.
"I work for the Hu Clan, try me if you dare."
The retail shop workers glanced at each other and hesitated.
