Li Ang’s gaze swept over the divine spirits before him, from Annette with a crooked smile to the calm and gentle Dark Fire Dragon, and finally to the expressionless Light Dragon, until it landed on Akuya.

"How about letting the Water Dragon God come? We’ve spent some time together before, and we’re already quite familiar. Besides, it seems the Water Dragon is often idle."

"I’m not idle! I have many important matters to attend to!" The pink-haired young girl immediately snapped.

"Haha, it seems Akuya isn’t too willing," Agni laughed.

He concluded directly, causing the Water Dragon, who was ready to argue, to freeze. Then, the tall man grabbed Annette by the back of her collar and brought her in front of Li Ang.

"So, let Annette help you."

"Me?" Douding pointed at herself, struggling, "I don’t want to! I don’t want to!"

Her strapless dress almost shifted due to being lifted, and as she struggled, it revealed a slightly convex lower curve. Diao quickly raised his hand to cover Li Ang’s eyes.

"We’ve already discussed and decided."

"When did that discussion happen?"

"Aren’t you the strongest?" Thanatos also said.

"Of course I am!"

"Then you can’t even protect a mortal?" Agni laughed.

"How could that be?!"

Annette had already been entangled by the Fire and Dark Dragons. Li Ang sensed that these two seemed to find this little girl a hot potato, eager to get rid of her.

Was it because, as the unsettling wind, she was too difficult to communicate with? Perhaps she was wounded by the Apocalypse Divine Artifact, and ever since Li Ang revealed the Eternal Rebirth Scythe, she had been quite wary of him.

"No wonder the campaign against the Empire’s line went so smoothly with your help."

"I was just helping out, but that faction is mostly inactive now, and the Great Fire will surely return, especially after you repaired Nebis from the Inanna node. I have other matters to attend to first, but if you find the Empire base, feel free to call me for assistance."

Agni noted that even he could not locate it, indicating that the Empire base’s concealment must be the handiwork of a Primordial Level power, likely orchestrated by the Demon of the Eye.

Li Ang conversed further with the Six Dragons, inquiring about various matters. They also spoke with Lily for a while before the meeting concluded.

They dismantled the platform composed of elements, and the Light Dragon also dispelled the Mind Control Technique placed on the mortals aboard the two Flying Airships, explaining that this was not an ability naturally understood by her, but something learned from some legendary holy servants of Nebis.

Spiritual Forgers, powerful mages, and those well-versed in similar secret techniques can resist this ability. Other mortals temporarily under mind control would have their thoughts completely stagnate and forget previous events at her whim.

After bidding farewell to the four Dragon Gods, Li Ang, along with Diao, Lily, and Inanna, returned to the Armed Passenger Ship with a cat in tow.

Upon entering the cabin, Li Ang found Farlonio, who was searching for something.

Hmm? Didn’t Brigitte say that mortals would remain unconscious for a while longer before waking? Li Ang wondered.

Seeing their return, Crafty Merchant Douding was startled, and her gaze toward Li Ang lacked the secure confidence it once had, appearing somewhat flustered and at a loss.
