Chapter 482: What is the creator space?
"What exactly is this Creator’s Space?" Grey could not help but ask.
"It is where the creators of other evolutionary paths gather to discuss or even simulate their paths, observing their effects and causations on the world," Eve explained professionally. "This exact simulation ability is powered by the combined efforts of me, Eterna, and our cute little sister Order, who maintains balance in the world."
"There are many 7th Rank individuals and even 8th Rankers you have not seen there. The 8th Rankers you met at the edge of the world were at the peak of their realm, but there are plenty more in the alliance at the early stages and beyond."
"For example, the creator of the frequency martial arts and other profound paths frequently gather there," Eve continued. "The author of the Esper path is also there."
"Wait, what? The Esper path?" Grey was genuinely dumbfounded. "Was the Esper path actually created in this universe?"
"Yes. Unlike the martial and immortal paths that naturally formed with many variations from different unvierses, the Esper path was created by someone named Alan Benson. He was a close follower of the founder and someone deeply obsessed with the Information Layer. His utter obsession with this digital layer is exactly what birthed the Esper path."
"Interesting," Grey smiled upon hearing this.
He definitely wanted to check out this Creator’s Space for himself. Simulating his path? Would that not drastically increase his efficiency in forging new realms? This was precisely what he needed!
"I take it that my path has been uploaded to the starry sky network now?" Grey tilted his head and asked.
"Yes," Eve said with a soft sigh. "You have absolutely no idea how massive of a cosmic ripple you are going to make with this."
His second stage of the 5th Rank could reach 6th Rank levels of power, or perhaps even more if the cultivator was highly talented. The talent in question was their innate ability to form the frequential helices. If they could fill every single one to the absolute brim, they would achieve a power surpassing a standard 6th Ranker.
Eve had already run the calculations. She genuinely wondered: how could such a heaven-defying stage even exist in this world?
"How did you come up with the second stage of the path?" she asked.
"I was inspired by something," Grey smiled mysteriously.
He had found his inspiration right before the tournament started. The helices were the direct results of studying the Chaos Source Codex’s own frequency channels.
He had gained enlightenment over the rippling effect. It was a profound conceptual state. If you drop a small stone into a river, the rippling effect will be small, generating no massive waves. But what about dropping a massive boulder? It will cause immense, violent changes to the water’s surface.
These Nexus helices were precisely those stones and boulders. The frequential power rippling through them would be amplified to a terrifying degree.
He derived the helix structure directly from the architecture of the Chaos Source Codex itself. It was constantly changing and twisting, yet it perfectly held its overarching shape. This behaved exactly like a genetic helix. Hence, the second stage of his path was born.
The third stage was pretty straightforward. It involved gathering all of this amplified energy into a singularity. Once it was fully formed, the evolver would naturally transcend standard dimensionality.
That was his initial intention, and now it was a resounding success.
His evolutionary path was created for absolute perfection. The Espers violently collapsed their Sea of Consciousness at the 5th Rank to form a neural singularity, but his followers did not need to undergo such a destructive process.
The Nexus aspects he once held had already transformed. The three foundational aspects combined perfectly with his soul to form his Source. To form pure frequency.
That was the supreme state he had achieved. A state where his three aspects of existence still continued to increase passively. Every time his frequency grew, so did his three aspects. Although raw physical power by itself had lost much of its meaning with the introduction of reality-bending frequency, when he took on a physical appearance in the mortal plane, he would naturally have to use physical force. Hence, his Source passively calculated and optimized it for him.
His Source, in essence, was a biological supercomputer. With the frequential powers he possessed now, it acted like a command-and-action prompter. It scanned the environment, calculated the variables, and took immediate action, much like how he effortlessly generated the matrix cube that sealed away the space where Wang Lin and Melissa were kept.
"Either way, what do you plan on doing about Miwa?" Grey turned toward Eterna and asked, shifting the topic.
"Yeah, sis. She is basically a living manifestation of all your emotions. What do you plan on doing?" Eve eagerly chimed in.
"I..." Eterna hesitated, looking down. "Will I turn into a completely different person if she and I merge again?"
She asked a question that deeply baffled both Grey and Eve.
"Are you not a super ultra-amazing AI that can control the Origin Mecha or whatever? Why are you asking us that? Go calculate it yourself!" Grey said speechlessly.
Eterna looked no different than a vulnerable human girl right now. Well, technically, she had already surpassed the very concept of race. If he was not mistaken, Eterna was just as strong as the Yellow Ancestor and the others, if not stronger.
Grey then sighed softly. "I am sure it will be fine. They are just your lost emotions. You are simply regaining back what you lost. If you want to continue being a pop idol, who is going to stop you? It is not like Protocol Eterna needs you to run it all the time."
"Hey! It was running without any problems strictly because of me and our cute little sister Order!" Eve protested loudly.
"Are you not just passively recalibrating the Protocol Eterna server?" Grey tilted his head and spoke. "It might not look like it, but I actually possess the Mecha Race’s core abilities. I can see right through these digital structures."
The main server of Protocol Eterna was actually located physically on the Origin Planet. Grey stared at the gigantic digital projection of the server from afar. Trillions upon trillions of data signals passed through this massive hub every microsecond before shooting out into the deepest depths of the Information Layer, actively calling out to particular pieces of information or hidden codes.
"What the fuck? You can see that?!" Eve was utterly stunned.
Grey stared at her with a deadpan look and slowly pointed directly next to him. Standing right there in the digital void was his very own server.
It constantly shifted its coordinates, matching his movements as he changed physical areas across the starry sky. There was no true concept of distance within the Information Layer.
"A fully functioning server and a spiritual conduit?! Wait, it is yours? I thought some random ancient AI left it lying around here!" Eve was even more flabbergasted after seeing the structure.
At first, she believed Grey had managed to enter the Information Layer strictly through Eterna’s backdoor access.
But she was completely wrong! Only now did she finally notice his independent server seamlessly anchoring his existence to the realm.
