Mitole's strong performance in World No. 16 is also because Its authority as Dragon God happened to coincide with it.

Many ordinary worlds simply cannot generate their own extraordinary powers, not because they couldn't bear extraordinary powers themselves.

In some sense, the current real world to the Multi-Dimensional World is like Earth to the universe, both being such special existences, at least according to Vivian, who has traveled the Ten Thousand Realms up to now and has never seen a world as peculiar as the real world.

It doesn't have its own extraordinary powers.

However, it has the ability to accommodate all extraordinary traits.

Any extraordinary being can exert all their powers in this world; even if the Gods come over, They can still freely use the authority They brought from their respective worlds.

To get back to the point, in order for Alice to reconstruct a new order, she must have the idea of a new order. She also used the reconstructing ability on Dorans. However, unlike when she reconstructed herself or Adewei, she didn't reconstruct the other person's body using the old rules on the other person, but instead incorporated the new order she conceived into it, thus freeing Dorans from the lock of Mitole's Divine Format.

Dorans is still alive.

However, the Dorans reconstructed by Alice is already somewhat different in rules from the original Dorans.

If you use Yu-Gi-Oh as an example, the current Dorans is no longer of the Dragon Race; Alice has transformed him into another race, so much so that the Divine Format of the Dragon God can no longer lock him again.

The power of Dawn has grown to the extreme, being a BUG-level invincible power.

Alice can completely, during battle, disintegrate and reconstruct herself into an existence that the opponent simply cannot target. Due to the characteristic of Dawn, this inability to be targeted is one-way, meaning Alice can attack the enemy, while the enemy cannot attack Alice.

To exaggerate a bit, time and space, such things are essentially also a part of the rules. If Alice can rewrite this part of the rule order...

After all, Alice has not yet fully mastered the power of Dawn's reconstruction. Her reconstruction of Dorans was also just a very slight alteration.
