Qishala recovered Mitole's Divine Format.

In Shen Sui's plan, Mitole was supposed to be one of the final followers of his Dragon Race card set. However, now this insane Dragon God certainly cannot be part of his deck, and Shen Sui estimates that it will take some time to thoroughly cleanse Mitole.

If [Dawn Dissolution] represents the Dawn Power's ability to disrupt order with unparalleled defense-shattering power, then [Dawn of Resurgence] symbolizes a new application of the Dawn Power.

It's like how Alice resurrected herself and Adewei.

The fundamental principle is to completely dissolve the body of oneself or allies and then carry out reconstruction.

Dawn signifies the dissolution of the old era and the birth of a new era.

Simple dissolution cannot bring about the dawn.

Yet resurgence symbolizes the dawn bringing forth the symbol of a new era.

After accepting the legacy of the Giant Race's Dawn Sanctuary at White Mountain Ridge, Alice, under Loli's guidance, has initially grasped the Dawn Power within her body.

As one of the Four Source Powers, the BUG level exhibited by Dawn Power is not inferior to Vivian's Candlelight Illusion at all.

Dissolution of oneself and allies can directly allow oneself and allies to avoid the most fatal damage, and before reconstruction, oneself remains in an absolutely invincible state, impervious to any attack.

The resurgent ability can only be used once on other individuals, but Alice can use it unlimited times on herself. However, due to consumption issues, Alice cannot use the Dawn Resurgence ability multiple times in a single battle. But Alice can extend the time she spends in reconstruction to evade the opponent's dominant period, just like when she previously taunted Mitole frantically while in the reconstruction state.

But if the user is highly experienced, knowing many rules and power systems entirely different from her world, then the new order she constructs will be vastly different from the original old rules. In that case, the power of the old rules will be ineffective on an individual possessing the new order.
