The masterclass doesn’t mean you become a master, but that it’s taught by master-level instructors.

Since it’s a master’s class, it certainly isn’t something you just sign up for. Yang Yi knew this when he called to apply for the combat training class. The masterclass requires a reservation and the instructor’s approval.

At this level, fighting isn’t just fighting anymore, and training isn’t just training—it’s also, to some extent, a transmission of these masters’ legacies. Therefore, those who teach are experts, and those who come to learn are also experts.

Standing in the hallway, Yang Yi hesitated, unsure if he should knock on a door, as it would be quite impolite.

No other reason, but according to my student’s description, you are a fighter who has transcended fixed techniques. I wonder if I could have the honor of crossing hands with you?
