Chapter 328: The Wolves Are Rising
Not far away from the city, an Ashana come out from his tent.
This is Ashana Angah.
His eyes seems swollen and it is clear that he is in a groggy state.
He was asleep before. And now he is awoken. Why was he awoke? He himself did not know it. He did not have a nightmare but he was jolted awake
He could only attribute it to a certain force. And this force awoke him. And since he is awoke, there must be something for him to see or witness.
If not, it would not awoke him. And the moment he awakens, he feels a bit different. Not he, himself. But the energy around him
The energy of the Steppe has risen. This is his feeling. As he walks out of the tent, he waves his hand. Waving his hand, waving through the wind and he narrows his eyes.
"Something has changed" he intuitively felt it. But he does not yet know why it changed. And when does not know something, when he is uncertain about something, he would look at the sky.
And like the night before, he looks up and see the stars. His eyes focused.
An energy gathers around him.
This energy is not overbearing nor does it have any effect.
