Sophie knows she has a night scene today, but Asher Land has been waiting for her all day. She feels a bit embarrassed and pulls out her phone to call him.
"You should go back first. Later, you can ask the driver to pick me up because I’m not sure how long it will take to finish." Sophie says, waiting for his reply, but Asher remains silent for a long time.
She feels puzzled and takes out the phone to check—it’s connected.
Could it be that he spent all day waiting and really got angry?

Sophie opens the car door and gets in.
"Are you angry?" she asks tentatively.

"I told you not to accompany me, who told you to insist on coming along?"
Asher’s lips twitch. Great, this matter turns into him being the thick-skinned one stubbornly following her.
Yes, although that’s indeed the truth, he didn’t want to hear her say it directly. If she had softened him up a bit, saying thanks for accompanying her all day, he would be very happy.
Sophie glanced at her watch and then at the equipment and crew members ready not far away before hurriedly trying to get out of the car.
"I’ll be off, it’s about to start filming." As she opens the car door, her foot not yet stepping out, she thinks of something and turns back.
"Thanks for today, I love you." She leans over and gently kisses his right cheek.
Immediately, someone’s mood brightens up considerably.
The weather is very cold, and Sophie’s filming scene is set outdoors. Despite wearing thickened clothes, she still shivers with cold.
While memorizing her lines, her hands almost can’t hold the script steadily.
She thinks for a moment, then still picks up her phone and calls him from not far away.
"What’s up?" His voice sounds a bit tired.

"Okay."
"Oh, and Julia wants some dessert and coffee; could you help bring some?" Julia stands beside her, looking pitifully, and with no other choice, Sophie asks reluctantly. Originally asking Asher for a favor makes her feel a bit embarrassed; now having him get dessert and coffee as well?
"Okay."
"Hey Sophie, are you ordering delivery? I want some too." At some point, a few actors from the crew come over.
"Oh, well, ..." Sophie doesn’t know how to refuse them.
"We’re also hungry, could you help us order some too? Thanks, Sophie."
Sophie grips her phone and eventually nods.
"Alright, what do you want to eat?"
"Barbecue."

"Please, just barbecue will do. Oh, you better note down orders there, I’ll take care of it."
She takes a deep breath inwardly and then speaks slowly.
"Friends from the crew want barbecue; could you take note..."

"Oh, they want it extra spicy and five skewers of spicy squid too," she fearlessly adds.
