"Bro, you actually remember to give me a call!" The moment Old Xu’s phone was connected, he howled furiously. It had been almost half a year and not a single call from Yusuf Zuck; he had no clue whether the three of them had lived or died while smuggling themselves out of the country.
"I forgot, I forgot..." Yusuf Zuck said with a sheepish laugh.
"Why didn’t the three of you just drown," Old Xu cursed angrily, "You go abroad and can’t even make a call? I damn near erected a monument for you guys."
Yusuf Zuck replied with a laugh and a curse, "You’d actually do something like that, but I’m back in the capital now. Where are you?"
"I’m in the capital too, bro. Business here is tough, my furniture store is about to be sold off. Got any plans to take over? I can’t do it anymore. The competition is too damn fierce. Been here half a year and lost over a million!"
"Enough with the chatter. I’m at the New Century Hotel. Come over immediately, let’s talk in detail there."
"Alright, I’ll need to borrow some more money. Setting up a shop in the capital was against my old man’s wishes, and now I’ve lost so much I can barely clothe myself. So you have to help me. Coming to the capital was all about hanging out with you, and now even that’s gone bust."
"Why all the nonsense? Hurry up, the New Century Hotel, just take a cab." Yusuf Zuck laughed and cursed again.
"Got it, I’ll be right there." Old Xu chuckled and then hung up the phone.
Yusuf Zuck was actually feeling a bit guilty. Old Xu really came to the capital to hang out with him but ended up not only missing out on fun times but also losing over ten million.
