Chapter 389 - 388: The Nash Family Is in Danger
At ten forty in the evening, Yusuf Zuck, led by Russ Trujillo, arrived at a publicly operating tea house.
Yusuf had initially thought they would go to some sort of Dragon Group headquarters, but he never expected the meeting place to be a tea house.
After the two arrived at the tea house, the so-called deputy leader had not yet arrived, but Yusuf wasn’t in a hurry. Instead, he and Russ enjoyed some tea.
At five minutes to eleven, the partition door of the tea house was pulled open, and a pot-bellied man entered. This man, about forty years old and quite fat, was carrying a briefcase and didn’t look like a martial artist at all, but rather like a corrupt corporate executive, and he even wore reading glasses.
Yusuf was a bit confused — this was the deputy leader of the Dragon Group? No sign of Cultivation Level, no Inner Strength, he seemed no different from an ordinary person.
Russ stood up and cheerfully called out, "Boss."
Boss — that meant leader.
"Hello Yusuf Zuck, let me introduce myself. My name is ’Devin King,’ Russ’s boss." He didn’t mention anything about the Dragon Group or call himself a leader, just a boss.
"Hello, Boss Devin," Yusuf extended his hand first.
"No need for formalities." They shook hands and then sat down, as the partition door closed behind them.
