Chapter 124. Found It (Bonus Chapter)
Mauve shivered at the intense look on Jael’s face. A huge part of her could tell this was a bad idea. He placed his hands on her shoulders and moved his hand downwards. His eyes took in every inch of her and she shuffled on her feet, feeling a little self-conscious.
"Come," he said and without giving her a chance to accept or decline, he pulled her with him as she as he walked to the tub.
He stepped into the tub, but Mauve didn’t. She stood outside of it staring into the tub while Jael still held onto her hand.
Jael left eyebrow rose, "Is something wrong?" He asked.
She looked up at his face. "How do you propose we will fit in there?" She blinked twice and bent her head to the side.
"Whatever do you mean, Mauve? There is more than enough space to fit you." He bent his knees and spread his legs open.
"You promised," she looked at his face with wide eyes.
"Yes, I did."
She sighed and put a leg in, he held on to her as she put in her second leg. She sat between his leg with her back to his chest. She leaned against him to get comfortable and the water rose to her chest.
"You’re almost as hot as the water."
Mauve frowned, "That doesn’t sound like a good thing. Sounds like I have got a fever."
