Inspired by the Creation Laws, the Ancient Heavenly Dragon realized that Wukong was the person to revolutionize the world and might even overthrow the Creation Supreme. Naturally, he dared not resist any longer and immediately submitted, sincerely converting to Buddhism to become a resolute revolutionary fighter. At this moment, Wukong appointed him as the Great Power and Might Heavenly Dragon Buddha.
"Instant enlightenment! Great power and virtue, ferrying sentient beings; auspicious and at ease, escaping the Sea of Suffering." The Ancient Heavenly Dragon, in all his divine splendor, brought his palms together and recited the Buddhist Scriptures.

In the void, a golden Buddhist Scripture was born—it was the "Great Power and Might Scripture" that the Great Power and Might Heavenly Dragon Buddha had condensed with Mana. This scripture was not profound in meaning, preaching to people to do good deeds and accumulate virtue, to transcend to the other shore. It was the synthesis of great resolve, Great Magical Power, great wisdom, and great compassion.
