Chapter 3: A breeder
It was the same short-looking man who came to pick her up at Lucas's pack house. She wondered how far away from home she was and how long she had been unconscious.
She wanted to escape, but she was tied up and everyone was watching her. She felt exposed in her transparent white gown that revealed her skin. It was clear why the men desired her, she had attractive features. They were in a large hall filled with bidders awaiting the auction.
"1200 coins!" shouted a bidder.
"1200," repeated the auctioneer, signaling the start of the bidding.
"1700 coins!" yelled another bidder.
"1900 coins!" this time it was a woman. Aurora wondered why a woman would spend such a large sum on her.
"2500 coins!" a rough-looking man shouted. Aurora's heart skipped a beat at his appearance, she hoped her buyer was at least decent.
"3000 coins!" offered the woman from before, shocking everyone. No one had ever paid such a high price for a slave before. The auctioneer felt relieved, grateful to the guard for informing him that she was a Luna, preventing him from making a mistake.
"Alright, 3000 wins," declared the auctioneer, striking the gavel to signal the end of the bid. He then produced a receipt for the woman who had purchased Aurora.
