Mei Mei sent Han Rui away immediately. She was a young woman and yet when she entered the gate, her back was bent and she was wheezing. It was as if she had aged by sixty years all of a sudden.
She was sure that Jingzhe was somewhere in the house. How else would he know that she had almost patted Han Rui’s head?
"Where is A Zhe?" She asked the first servant she saw and she was pointed in the direction of the kitchen.
Jingzhe was inside, hammering away at the ribs as if they had offended him personally. His entire body was tense and his jaw was clenched. He was clearly not trying to cook the ribs but murder them.
"Hehehe...it looks like you will be having pounded goat ribs for dinner tonight." C4 commented.
She sent the servants out and closed the kitchen door. Then she approached him and touched his arm. "A Zhe," She called him in a gentle voice. "You look like so nice in this apron."
She was not just coaxing him, she was being truthful. There was something attractive about a man that could cook and to her, it multiplied because it was Jingzhe, with his charming face in an apron, cooking for her. Between adorable and sexy, she could not decided how to describe him.
"It would probably be better if he was shirtless." C4 said.
Mei Mei gave the fox a virtual punch. "You shut up!" She put her around Jingzhe’s waist, hugging him from behind. "A Zhe, you look so sexy. Your sister Mei Mei is very attracted to you right now. Aiyo, what will we do about this?"
