"This is Gus, he is the former CEO’s PA and will be passed down to you." A board member said to Harlow but she shook her head.
"Gus stays Mr Hamilton’s assistant. He needs all of the helping hands he can get as my assistant." The men there looked between themselves and then at Alanis who seemed so unfazed by his new position.
They couldn’t believe it. Alanis had stepped down from the CEO’s position just to be an assistant to his wife.
How sure are they Harlow can handle the CEO’s position very well? From her past doings, they see no qualifications whatsoever.
Gus was speechless, not only was his boss stepping down, but he had become his wife’s PA. Right now he believed Alanis was truly running mad.
"C... Congratulations on your new position. We look forward to working with you." Harlow nodded at their words, ignoring the silent glares from a few people.
The question of why a man like Alanis would reduce himself because of this woman was still ringing in their minds. Many investors were panicking but stayed pur because of their relationship with Alanis Hamilton.
"They believed as long as he was still there, they had nothing to worry about. At least he’s not leaving completely.
