Chapter 50: I HATE YOU 1
Layla was escorted back to her mansion in Harlow’s car as she didn’t want the stalker to follow her back to her apartment. She would love to spend the night with Grandma Hamilton, but the bad memories she has of this place wouldn’t let her stay.
At every turn, everything she stared at reminded her of the tortures from her previous life. All she wanted to do was leave.
Now standing outside the Villa, the elderly woman instructed her chauffeur, "Are you sure you don’t know where I’m talking about?" The young man shook his head. She has been trying to explain the destination to the man for minutes now. Grandma Hamilton looked frustrated.
"I can just direct him there when I get there," Harlow suggested.
"Isn’t that too much? My grandson knows around the city very well, I’m sure he would be more than pleased to take you there." Alanis who was forced to see his wife out was shocked at his grandmother’s words.
All Charlotte Hamilton wished for was for both people to settle their differences quickly as the good grandmother she is. Yet was also so greedy and eager to have her grandson with her again.
"I should have escorted you two, but this old woman needs a little rest too." She said patting the shoulder of her grandson. If only he wasn’t so uptight like his father, he would have seduced the girl long ago.
Like she has said to him countless times, she does not want any other granddaughter-in-law who isn’t Harlow.
Alanis and Harlow stepped inside the car and the chauffeur drove off. Grandma Hamilton waved them goodbye till the car was out of her sight.
