Chapter 202: BACK IN CHUGACH
LUCIAN’S POV
We arrived in Chugach the next day and Conri briefed me on the conversation he had with Elder Zaya. Conri and I went to the resort since it was a Sunday and all the workers were home resting.
" I agree with you. Let us speed up the work at the construction site and move in. I love that I get to live in a house that I built for us. " Conri smiled warmly.
" Luke will move in and live with us as planned. I want to ensure he gets a safe heaven filled with love, joy, and family " I responded.
"I will double up the workers so that we can ensure that we get to finish it before Christmas. Everest will complain but it will be worth it. I know Godmother wants us to settle down as soon possible so that we can give her grandchildren" Conri agreed.
" Well, I know that you are not ready to bring pups with you in the current situation. I appreciate how you ensured that we have our private wing that leads to the Freki forest" I winked at Lucian and he leaned down to press our lips together.
"Yes, Lil pup. And I will work on our little shed so that the amenities can be upgraded and we can go there from time to time "
" How about we go there after this?" I parted my lips and licked his bottom lip.
" I had not restocked the food. Let us do it tomorrow. "
" We are not going to be eating " I laced my hands around his neck and then pushed in for a deeper kiss. Conri growled as he deepened the kiss and pulled our bodies close to each other.
Hours later we walked back to the Freki mansion and it was already dusk as the wind picked up and the mountain air blew furiously.
