Chapter 222: Jealous Spouse
The next morning, Astri decides to go to Aquaterra so they can take Seiryuu’s ship before heading to Hinoshiki Village.
When they got there, the Kings of Aquaterra took Seiryuu’s ship and started to implement some Aquaterran technology on it.
"We didn’t know you would take it, Goddess. We were thinking of a way to make it more useful." One of the Kings says.
"No, that’s all right. I love the idea. Please, make it better and imagine that a sacred beastmen will be using it. Once it’s ready, I’ll bring it to the owner. It will be a nice gift for the one who helped me by lending his ship." Astri smiles.
"Sure, Goddess. We will make it the best gift."
"Great. We will visit again in a few days to check on the progress. Or ask Deanora to call me when you’re finished."
"Yes, milady."
They walk to a bridge, where everyone can stay in line to pass through the portal. Astri concentrates on the location of the Spirit Tree Shrine, Kangki and Claud hold her shoulders to sense the location through her soul guidance.
"It’s far.. But we can do it." Claud says.
Kangki and Claud walk forward, concentrate, and make a portal together. Astri smiles, watching their energies working perfectly in sync, creating a big portal for everyone to go through quickly. Astri goes last, and when she passes the portal, she looks at Kangki and Claud with a charming smile.
"Aren’t you two hot things working together so great like this?" Astri asks in a low voice only they could hear while she passes.
