Baby Cloud shuttled through the void, and as they flew, Captain Doofus would slash apart the void beasts they encountered before the enemy could even react. It was one shot, one kill the entire way, and it began to accumulate a large amount of space energy. It managed to make quite a bit of progress after a while.
It had already reached the point where its teeth qualified as Space resources. Now that its body was infused with Space energy, it had gone far beyond simply combining Space energy into its attacks.
However, Lu Ran still wasn’t satisfied with this development. Even without the Void Hunter talent, Captain Doofus’s comprehension ability alone was enough to help it reach this point eventually. Even Manager Ying was able to achieve this on its own, and it was still a bit short of Quasi-Legendary.
Six-Path Flower believed that at the current rate, it would take another year or two for Captain Doofus’s Space abilities to reach Quasi-Legendary rank because, as it got stronger, it would be increasingly difficult to improve. Although it was still relatively fast for the average person, Lu Ran still wanted Captain Doofus to improve faster since they only had limited time in the Void Battlefield.
"I remember the Void God said that its messenger was also in the area. He should be one of the top three geniuses of Stellar Moon, Kongkong Yi. I feel like we’ve already hunted down most of the void beasts in the surrounding area. Either that or they’ve run away after detecting Captain Doofus’s power because we’re running into them less frequently now."
From inside the castle, Manager Ying suddenly piped up. "We’ve scoured the area but didn’t run into Kongkong Yi. Do you think he has already left? If we keep fighting these weaklings, then we’ll be here for months. We need to find a level 80-90 area to speed up Captain Doofus’s progress. Also, the Void God didn’t set a rule stating Captain Doofus is the only one allowed to fight. We can all fight together to go even faster!

Lu Ran nodded slightly. He had the same idea as Manager Ying. This area wasn’t challenging enough. It was safe, but had little to offer. If he let his other familiars enter the fray and gave Captain Doofus the killing blow, then it should allow them to hunt far more quickly.
