Chapter 4532: Under Control

When I woke up, it was the next morning.

I smiled and looked at the sunrays coming out of my window. They seemed clearer than usual and vibrant. I moved my hand to touch them.

"Beautiful," I said, feeling the light on my fingers, before pulling my hand back.

I didn’t get up; I remained in bed, thinking everything and nothing.

I slept right after the breakthrough. The breakthrough was a lot, and while it had me brimming with energy, I decided to sleep to control my impulses.

Now, I feel a lot calmer. There is still more to test my power, but it is a lot more controlled.

I have reached the Peak of Sky Sovereign. Meaning, it’s time for me to leave this place, which had been my home for years. However, I am not leaving immediately.

I will be here for a few more weeks. First, I have to get complete control of my energy before I contact them about coming to visit them.

I will have to do that at my house. I couldn’t be seen blasting my energy. I want to keep it a secret as long as I can.

This breakthrough made me really powerful. More than those Prime in the prison realm. It could even be said that there is no Prime who is my match.

However, I am very clear on how easy it would be for Silver Prime to finish me off.

Still, this rise in strength had increased my confidence and enhanced my ability to survive.

In this inheritance, I focused most on defence. The space I usually give to the attack formation, but this time, I put a defensive formation.

It is essential in this stage because once I become Prime, I will be able to fight Silver Primes.

This state is about survival and creating my Prime Inheritance, which wouldn’t be easy, but it’s not like I have a choice.

I want 60% of the runes of the Prime Inheritance to be ancient runes. That is a massive target, and I don’t have complete confidence in finishing it.

Until yesterday, it wasn’t a target, but seeing the changes this breakthrough brought and the calculations my clones did. I am confident that I will be able to bear the load.

My clone had not yet started working on it.

Usually, they do it the minute I finish the breakthrough, but this time is different.

I need to first study the data of my body fully before I can start on it. Prime is a different state from Sky Sovereign. The changes are metamorphical.

I don’t even know which direction I want to take my inheritance, but I have a few ideas.

I will be working on it in tandem with getting control over my energy. It’s a regret, I couldn’t go to sea and fight a powerful monster.

It’s the best way to get to know one’s abilities and control them.

I will have to do it in my house, which is not as satisfying. It will also not help with the itch, but I have to be cautious; I cannot let anyone know the depth of my strength.

I pushed those thoughts away, and I got up from bed.

I haven’t even showered, it is not the time to think about them. I will do it after I shower and eat, because I am feeling famished.

I walked to the bathroom straight and remained there for forty-five minutes.

When I came out, the water on my body turned into steam and floated away. I changed into a fresh set of clothes and walked out of my room.

A few seconds later, I am in my kitchen. Thinking about what I want to cook.

I had made a breakthrough, and it deserves something special. It took me a while before I decided and began to cook, with my strings coming out and all.

A little more than an hour later, there is a feast in front of me.

I took it to the table and sat down, looking at all the dishes. I wish I could invite someone, but unfortunately. I couldn’t. I will have to eat these all alone.

"To me!" I said to myself and drank glittering green wine, which sent a buzz into my mind.

It is one of the most powerful alcohols I have ever brewed, and it shows. It is why I only poured a sip into my glass; it is enough as a gesture.

I opened my eyes a few seconds later from the buzz and took the first bite of the meal.

It is delicious.

I may not be cooking for others, but my culinary skills are slowly advancing. Still not at the speed they used to be, when I used to do it open.

It is the same healing.

I decided to do something about it. It is a little risky, but I will do it.

Though not now and not here; that will be a death wish. There is a soul sense here everywhere, and artifacts are buried all over the territory of the organization.

It is very hard to do something; they couldn’t see.

Well, I will need to control myself for a few weeks before I leave the organization’s territory. In the open sea, there are many places where I would be able to burst out with my full power.

I finished the dinner and also washed the dishes before walking to the roof.

I could see the whole city.

My days have been here good, and I feel a little sadness with the thought of leaving, but I will have to. Wonderful as this city may be, it was always temporary.

This world itself is temporary; nothing is permanent until I find my family.

I took a deep breath and moved my eyes. Looking at the buildings and the beautiful ocean. I am going to remember it forever.

I stayed on the roof for an hour before I walked out and stepped into the practice room.

I had made a breakthrough; it’s time to get the power under control.
