Chapter 65: Starting the Morning Off on the Right Note
After an unknown amount of time, I woke up from a very blissful nap. It was so good that when I woke up, I didn’t remember where I was, causing me to sit up in a slight panic.
Why am I practically naked?
"Morning, princess," said Christian beside me.
He took the opportunity to wrap his arms around me once again.
Seeing him jogged my memories as I realized where I was.
"How long have I been out for?" I asked, snuggling comfortably in his warm embrace.
"About two hours. I needed those two hours so badly," he said with a happy yet lazy tone.
His hands glided across my skin, causing my nipples to harden. Waking up beside him, in his bed, was a novel experience for me.
"I must say, waking up to you looking like this beside me is something that I could never get enough of. I’m looking forward to our little trip," he smiled, placing a kiss on my cheek.
His words caused me to blush. I looked directly at him, nodding. "I am looking forward to it too. I still can’t believe that my father let me go."
"Of course, he would let you go. Who else is going to keep an eye on me?" he laughed.
