Chapter 102: Losing Control

I flattered at those words, blinking slowly before my eyes fell on Rory’s face again.
To get off my scent blockers? I haven’t done that in over a year. A frown slowly formed on my face as I glanced back at Kenny who was still regarding me pointedly.
"Why?" I demanded, mouth weirdly feeling dry the more I stared at him. He shrugged a shoulder as he responded.
"If you want this to work, your scent has a job to do here. If you want Rory’s wolf to start forgiving you, you need to start getting it used to your scent. Please tell me you’re aware of this." He pursed his lips at the end of the sentence and I scoffed before glancing away from him. In all honestly, u haven’t known of that and I thought this would be able to work with my scent blockers. If I had known of this, I wouldn’t have been looking forward to this because my scent made me a little insecure.
I huffed out a breath and rose to my full height, glancing at Kenny for a moment before focusing on Rory.
"I have to go take the drug that would disable the blockers ib my system." I said to him as I turned around and strode out of the sitting room to the bedroom I’ve taken as mine here in this big asz house that was cold and gloomy. As I stood in front of the mirror, I hesitated for a moment before downing the drug, and then I let out a sigh, remaining still for a few moments as my scent slowly began to wound around me as the blockers began to wear off.
I wrinkled my nose when my scent hit me, and I realized that on returning back out there, if I ever get aroused from that scenting session, they’d instantly be able to tell due to my scent. That didn’t make me happy, but at least that has made me determined to control myself throughout the scenting.
As I returned back to the sitting room, a thought kept dancing through my mind.
