Chapter 215: Sibling Reconcile
At Xastia Company,
Anastasia flipped through some documents Leo had placed on her table just a while ago, her eyebrows furrowing as she read through the documents one after the other.
"Now six people want to impeach me," she wondered, her frown turning into a smirk as it stretched on her lips.
It’s been almost two weeks since Anastasia took over the company, and the shareholders have been rather quiet than she’d expected them to be.
She thought once she started her work, they would bring one complaint about her or another. But rather, they were teaming up, convincing other shareholders to impeach her, totally forgetting she was the highest stockholder of the company.
"They shouldn’t make me laugh," she mumbled to herself, closing the document and moving to another.
After a few hours of working in silence, a phone call decided to break it.
Anastasia stared at her phone screen, a little stunned since the person who was calling her was the least of the people she thought would call her.
She picked up the call. "Hello."
