Chapter 200: Xastia Company
As soon as Anastasia opened the door to the meeting room, her eyes scanned through the people around before she parted her lips to speak. "Good morning, everyone."
Though it may seem like a harmless greeting, only a few forced their mouths open and greeted her back. However, Anastasia didn’t take offense to their reply.
She walked towards the head of the desk but didn’t get the chance to take a seat when she was bombarded with immediate questions.
"Before you start talking about the changes in the names of the CEO of the Harrison company, I want you to know that I am not settling with that change."
Anastasia immediately recognized the man who stood up and spoke. He had an aggravated look on his face as if she’d purposely offended him or something.
He was Logan Martins, age 45. He looked younger and fit for his age, and he was one of the top three biggest shareholders of the Harrison company.
Just like Leo had already informed her earlier, she was going to give her a hard time.
Nonetheless, Anastasia still took her seat.
"I agree with Mr. Logan. We can’t have a woman run such a big company. If we let her take that seat as the CEO, she’s going to run this company to the ground. It’s a huge risk."
Anastasia’s eyebrows reached her hairline, surprised by the statement made by the second person.
The person who just spoke was Rudy Ginger, age 49, and she was also one of the top three biggest shareholders of the company.
