The sudden situation made Ye Fan stop in his tracks. Turning around, he saw that the old man from before had collapsed on the ground, his chest heaving violently. It was clear that he was barely breathing and on the verge of death.
The young woman crouched beside the old man, crying and panicking. Her cries attracted a crowd of onlookers, who had also been waiting at the red light.
"What happened?"
"Quick, get him to the hospital! It must be some kind of sudden illness!"
Several kind-hearted men immediately tried to move the old man, but before their hands could touch him, a voice stopped them. The voice belonged to Ye Fan.
"If you don't want him to die faster, don't move him."
Ye Fan walked through the crowd and squatted down beside the old man, his hands feeling around the man's chest.
"What are you doing?"
