Before I could even process what was happening, he flipped me effortlessly, his lips trailing down my spine, leaving behind a sensation that sent a shudder through me.

My mind was clouded—my body responding before I could form a coherent thought.

Then—a sudden jolt of pleasure mixed with shock.

"Ahhh...!" My voice escaped before I could stop it, my fingers gripping the sheets beneath me.

Henry stilled for a brief moment, and then—a low chuckle.

"Oops—wrong entrance," he murmured, his voice thick with amusement.

I knew he did it on purpose.

That arrogant, insufferable mortal.

But instead of anger, I felt something far more dangerous.

I wanted him to keep going.
