Chapter 27: My Turn
[Tamer Academy.]
At the moment, more than 50 young boys and girls were gathered on the academy grounds, waiting for the test to start.
"I don't understand why you want to take the test, Mariana... Or is there a reason for this?"
Adrian, in his brown academy uniform, asked his younger sister, frowning slightly.
"Why do you keep asking this?! For three days straight, you've been asking this question! Can't I become a Tamer?! Or are you looking down on me?" Mariana asked, frowning.
"No one is looking down on you; it's just that—"
"—It's just nothing... Now leave me alone; go to your seat and watch from there!"
Adrian stared at his sister for a few seconds and sighed.
"Fine... Just be careful."
With that, he walked away, passing two guys in uniform who followed him.
Mariana stared at her brother's departing figure and exhaled.
