Chapter 327: Death’ game
Lyra had a familiar dream after a long time. Once again, she was inside Rosalie’s body, and this time, she was sitting on the bed. She felt a familiar sluggishness and looked down to only find her stomach bulging. Rosalie was pregnant.
"Are you feeling better now, Mate?" Her musing came to a halt when she heard a voice that was far too familiar. And as expected, there he was. The man that looked like Blake. He was sitting by her knees while he massaged her legs. Lyra.....no, Rosalie stretched out of her hand and caressed the man’s face, "I do feel better, thank you so much, sweetheart"
The man let out a bright smile as soon as she said that. He nuzzled his face against her thighs and looked up at her, "I’m glad, I could be a help, mate"
Rosalie smiled back, her nose crinkled finding it hard to hold herself back from squishing his adorable face. She felt like all the hardships she had experienced till now were worth it. This moment made up for everything and beyond. She continued to caress his face and her fingers slowly reached his lips. She rubbed them before pressing on them and watched as her thumb slowly disappeared inside his mouth.
Sensing his mate’s mood, the man settled on the bed, and this time, he made Rosalie sit on his lap.
They quickly covered the minuscule distance between them and pressed their lips against each other before kissing.
.....
Lyra felt the scene shift. It was like she was watching a movie play out, but this was equally different because she was experiencing all of this from Rosalie’s point of view while remaining inside her body. When Rosalie smiled or cried, Lyra felt it. The emotions inside were very strong like it was Lyra that was going through all this. It didn’t help that Rosalie’s partner looked just like Blake. She felt like the man was far too similar to Blake not only in looks but also in personality. That rough talk as soon as they met, claiming her as his as she had always been his and following her around like a love-sick puppy. The man was completely like Blake.
And as for Rosalie? Why was this woman so much like her? It was frightening. Lyra sometimes felt alarmed by her habits, which were the same as Rosalie’s. It didn’t make any sense. They were two different people, right? Then why were these series of dreams happening only to her?
Again she floated in the unknown land before another image unfolded in front of her. Once again, she was back in Rosalie’s body and this time, it was in pain. Lyra felt everything so vividly, a searing pain struck her stomach as she felt something coming out of her.
Lyra quickly understood. Rosalie was in labor.
