Lu Ren’s expression flickered, "It seems you know the reason for my first encounter, I was worried no one would believe me if I mentioned it."
Indeed, no one would believe it. He intended to speak the truth before, but what if he was accused of trying to evade murder charges, ultimately leading to a conviction? It would be easier to keep quiet.
"If someone had told me three years ago they’d gone to another space-time and returned, I wouldn’t believe it either."
