"I can still pay 5 million dollars, but I want to get my money's worth. So, bring me to Kate so I can scold her in person," Chantelle replied.
"Sure, I'll make the arrangement, but I want the 5 million dollars in cash." Steve wasn't sure what Chantelle was planning, but he'd be a fool to refuse 5 million dollars.
"Deal!" Chantelle and Steve came to an agreement.
They drove the van to an old storage facility in the suburbs, where they had kidnapped and held Kate the previous day.
After making a deal, they had sent Kate home. However, at Chantelle's request, Steve ordered his people to bring Kate back.
Kate was very upset about returning to the storage.
"Why am I being sent back here? Did your boss change his mind?" Kate yelled at one of Steve's people when she saw Chantelle and Kane getting out of the van.
"Hahaha, Chantelle! They caught you too?" Kate laughed.
"How dare you ask someone to kidnap me?" Chantelle asked.
"Do you think I would let you get off so easily?" Kate admitted their plan impulsively before Steve could intervene.
"So, you planned to kidnap me, take my money, and then kill me?" Chantelle asked.
