Kate thought for a moment before going to her room to change.
After applying makeup, she hurried to the Wilson Group office.
Daniel should be in his office right now.
"Daniel! Daniel, I'm here!"
Kate used to walk freely into the Wilson Group of Companies.
Now, she wasn't allowed inside. Ashton's bodyguards were on high alert the moment they saw her.
She stood outside under the scorching sun for three hours. Her lips were dry, and she felt lightheaded. When she finally saw that familiar figure, tears welled up in her eyes.
Daniel didn't even glance at her. His expression was filled with disgust. "Why are you here?"
She was already standing in front of him, leaving him no choice but to acknowledge her. His dark eyes, however, were cold.
The cold look in Daniel's eyes made Kate instantly lose hope.
"Daniel, listen to me! The Chantelle you know now is the same Chantelle from before! She never died. You need to stay away from her. She harmed Grandpa and might hurt you next! She's evil and capable of anything..."
